Police at anthony home again 9-10-08

Man, the video is even crazier. The neighbor was a nice guy wasn't he. And I just looooove the dog.

Poor neighbors. The anthonys have lived there since 89?? Wow, they have probably never been the ideal neighbors drama drama drama probably alot.

Yes, what a sweet dog.

You know, if that woman had mace on her and sprayed Lee she probably would have gone to jail. Gosh, it would have been so worth it though if it had been me

That whole family needs anger management class!

Oh....and Lee should be goin to the slammer for taking that womans stuff, its called theft and it could be considered assult if she felt threatened when he did it even if he did not touch her. She is peacefully protesting and this is her right by LAW weather we all agree or not. Its the fact.

JMO of course.

lee=:behindbar
and save room for the rest of the anthony clan because I hope they ALL become residents of Orange County Jail.Jerks.

The whole family is nuts and I hope they are reading on here because I just want to tell them they are nuts!!!

If I wasn't ill I would have my ars down there too with a big sign that says "Anthonys are Nuts"

I agree. If she saw Lee coming for her in an aggressive manner it is assault. If he grabbed her sign it is a battery. [Edit, nevermind, I see now that she was not holding the sign.] If he broke it in half and tossed the dog bowl in the trash he's destroying her property. While this stuff is minimal, maybe someone needs to PROVE to the A's that they are not above the law! I mean, the LE said the woman was in the public right-of-way!

The protesters IMO are the voice for Caylee, since the Anthonys wont help her have peace. They would rather spend their time making money off this tragedy and spend it on a lawyer to squelch evadence. They dont care, some one has to.

Well-said! :clap:The Anthony's think everyone else in the world including TES should be at their beck and call to search for Caylee (in faraway places like Texas and Puerto Rico), but they won't do it themselves! :razz:Speaks volumes to me- they know she is dead and want to misdirect people.
And if the Anthonys read this and print it out, YES THIS IS MY OPINION!!!:furious:

One of my co-workers rode by their house last night on the way home from work. It was around 8:00 p.m. and he couldn't believe all the news vans that were still there. He figured there wouldn't be so much going on at that time since the evening news was over. Cindy and George used to attend his church so he knows them and didn't want them to see him...LOL. He always thought they were nice people, but he never met KC. Another fellow from work who is KC's age had just had dinner at their house less than a month before all this happened. He didn't know KC very well and was there with a mutual friend. He thought they were just a normal family and still can't believe all this.

I almost drove by on my way home tonight, but I wasn't up to it. I just started working again after a bad accident and after getting my wheelchair, walker and myself loaded in my car for the ride home, I was too tired to make the short detour. I'll try tomorrow. I won't be able to get out of my car, but I'll try to park and watch the commotion for awhile...

This is really killing me to live and work so close, but not be able to do more....maybe it's for the best though as things look like they are getting really out of hand. The local news showed a fistfight that broke out among protesters. I figure that I'd better do a drive by soon as it sounds like Sheriff Beary might do something soon to help out the Homeowner's Association.

What a freaking low life he is. There was no reason for him to remove the bowl. That wasn't violating HOA rights.

WHAT ABOUT CAYLEE'S RIGHTS LEE? YOU BOY!!

YOUR LOOKING FOR HER EVERY DAY? WHERE? ON A HALO SCREEN??

I hope the HOA kicks the Anthony's out!!

i wish all the protesters and media would go home - from sitting in front of their house. this is not going to accomplish anything except arguements and gossip. while i am hooked on them finding caylee; so many are focused on all the crap.

Amen.

Frankly, why do they even bother looking out their front windows? They never have to face a protester – pull the car into the garage, hit the remote, and go into the house. To leave, reverse the process, lather and rinse.

They WANT to engage these people, who are all too willing to engage right back at them.

And yet Cindy say they hired that lawyer to “preserve their privacy”? A hedge would have been cheaper.

They had a "safe house" as an option for both bonds, correct? After the first circus it should have been blatantly obvious this kind of stuff would continue to go down but Casey still went to Hopespring instead of a safe house! Why?

I wish I agreed with you Stealth.
In the beginning I thought Lee was awesome for standing up to Casey in the first released jail call. I thought he had some sense. But after seeing his ebay purchase on the day his sister was arrested and he learned his neice was missing... (Although maybe it should be excused...I mean...what's more important than buying action figures casino chips and star wars and comic book memorobilia? Right?)

After seeing him ILLEGALLY redirect Caylee donations for her search to his private paypal account...

After seeing him INITIATE the high five with Casey...
I've lost any respect that call created. He's not working very much is he? I wonder how he can stop working and still manage to make enough money to make A LOT of purchases on ebay ever since Caylee has been missing? Check the Anthony Donation thread and you'll see what a stand up guy Lee is as well as what his priorities are.

Somehow in between hours of Halo 3, being Casey's luggage boy and driver, being a BOUNCER for George, and an avid ebayer, he's managed to secure funds SOMEHOW.

This post isn't snarking on YOU by any means. I just wanted you to be aware of what this guy has been up to before you defend him. I don't think his actions are normal and I CERTAINLY don't see any diversion from his normal ebay routine. Unless you count an INCREASE in purchases.
I don't think it's Cindy's affection and good graces that are dictating Lee's behavior.
I don't blame you for wanting Lee to be the guy we all thought he was two months ago. I wanted it too. It would be comforting to have SOMEONE in that house that was going to find the truth. But I don't think that's going to happen.

no kidding.. though I'm not surprised

If the homeowner's assoc. objected to the sign (of the dog-lady), why don't they object to the huge sign the Anthony's parked in front of their home in order to block protesters?

The HOA can't regulate signs being held in the public domain--it's a 1st Amendment right. But maybe if the sign is on an easel on the ground, would that then give them the authority to say the lady's sign was out of order?
Still, Lee had no right to touch the sign and especially not the dog's water!
That was deliberate and intentional destruction of property.

This event got me so mad that I'm tempted to go down there myself. I live about 30 -40 or so miles away. Grrrrrrr

The Greek chorus is a singin' in this tragedy.

You are so right! George and Cindy put themselves into the situation by going out to their front yard while there were a lot of protesters there and went about posting more "no trespassing" signs and stringing more tape. They pretended to ignore the people that were there and then George lost it and pushed a man and an older woman.

The Anthonys purposely inject themselves into these situations.

The tape didn't need to be fixed. It was a confrontation. Most of it is on public property anyway. But the anthonys refuse to listen. Which is just going to cause more upset for them about an issue they can not control.

The Protesters were all ready at 'the line'. He comes out to the line. HELLO! What is exepcted to happen here? Which is why Cindy rushed out after him and Lee came out as well.

The Anthonys can not talk about the Hippo in the room. They can not talk about how they are feeling , rage about the Hippo...... But they can blame the protesters and rage against the protesters.

It's actually called "The First Amendment", and what you are referring to is not "Freedom of Speech", but rather "Freedom of Belief". Freedom of Belief is one of the annotations to the First Amendment; however, accusations in the form of written word are in fact defamation. Lemme give you some quick information:

See where I'm going with this?

I see where you were going --- in the wrong direction. That is 'misleading' at best, just in case no one else has challenged the info above yet.

One can call Cindy a disgusting pig and there is no way Cindy could prove defamation. First of all, she is clearly not literally a pig, so any court would accept that as an opinion of her character. Secondly, she has made herself a public figure, which makes it almost impossible to prove defamation. One has to show the libelous statement was malicious and the offender knew the information was false. She would also have to show actual damages. She has not been damaged. She has no losses, unless these types of statements have caused her donations to slow down. Oh, wouldn't that be a shame. One of them may have to get a job.

I could go on but I think you see where I'm going here. OPINION is protected speech and regardless of the opinion, how ill informed or derogatory, it is protected. So stop please stop trying to discourage the free flow of information and opinion on this forum.

What are people doing this family??? I just watched the video of Lee. This has become such a circus and it's completely disgusting.

Lee Anthony has officially jumped the shark. He’s trying to convince that woman that the homeowner’s association rules govern the legal right of way? Dude, please.

I’m sorry I called him a geek yesterday, and apologize for insulting the geeks of the world.

Lee is apparently of the dweebus species, and is evidently willing to fly his dweeb flag high, knowing his dweebiness will get national television exposure, not to mention serving as prima facie evidence. Smooth move, dude, your dweeb credentials are intact!

I foresee an arrest record in his near future, and not a moment too soon.

The protesters are one of those "only positive responses, emails and comments-anything negative will be deleted" crap. They can't control them, and if they can't control them, then

call the police

Which in itself is a smack in the face to the police. The A's don't have an ounce of respect for the law and the people who represent it. But they sure are quick to expect a response when things aren't going their way, eh?

Kudos to ALL LE for doing their job, and doing it regardless of their personal feelings.

LA would confront a woman by herself who is QUIETLY expressing her opinion not on their property. Coward.

Did anyone happen to put the Lee video on youtube or is there a link to another site? For some reason it keeps freezing mid play and I cant watch it

Ok, I'm going to throw something out here that probably needs a thread of its own. I hope we can all agree that we would love to see nothing more than Caylee found, alive. I pray that we all agree on that. Heck, I know we all do. We all know where we disagree.

But, in the event of a miracle, and that beautiful little girl is found, what do you think about her custody status? Would you be comfortable seeing her go back to KC? Would you be comfortable with her being with GA and CA? And don't take me literally on that; I know our comfort levels don't factor into a thing.

I've been pondering this and, quite honestly, I don't know what I think. Just asking.

In the unlikely event Caylee turns up alive (this is not Elizabeth Smart), I don't think you'll have to worry about Casey or any of the Anthony's getting custody of her ever again. I believe DCF would immediately step in and she'd get a Guardian or be placed in foster care. The child neglect charges alone would do it.
