The video I watched didn't last very long. He was driving along ranting about his problems, then seemed to make the decision and go after the guy walking down the street. It looked like a quiet area, no other people around. It doesn't indicate whether he had driven around a long time looking for someone to shoot.

The alleged "Facebook Live Killer" is driving a white Ford Fusion and is believed to be armed and dangerous. The search has expanded to other states, and residents of Pennsylvania, New York, Indiana, Michigan and Ohio, in particular, were asked to be on the alert.

A law enforcement source told CBS News investigative producer Pat Milton investigators picked up a “ping” from Stephens’ cellphone around 7 p.m. Sunday night in Erie, Pennsylvania, about 100 miles northeast of Cleveland.

But since then investigators have been unable to detect a signal, the source said, and it’s not clear where Stephens may have traveled since.

Ever since Facebook, Twitter, and Social Media in general starting getting bigger and bigger I worried that someone would take something to the extreme to get attention.

If this is the start of a new trend (please God NO) then what can be done to stop it?

I think it is time for SM to take some action. I am not talking censorship. Shoot it would probably take them 20 minutes with an algorithm that can pick up and alert. So they then look at if the patterns are concerning (mass shooter etc) email it it to LE and let them make choices.

Time after time , afterward, there are tons of stuff posted to these folks, that have similarities
Make the critical tough, but there are patterns in advance.,

Make it to where LE can't just start knocking on citizens doors, but there could just be a heightened LE awareness.

By now we would have heard if there were creepy things on his SM

all you internet sharp sluethers would have found stuff before it was yanked.

Anyone see anything that seemed out of the ordinary prior to this horror??

What is the tag number of his white Ford Fusion? It needs to be published on twitter and Facebook. The DC sniper John Allen Muhammad who was killing people around DC in 2002 was turned in by citizen aware of his car.

What an arrogant SOB! "Current hide and seek champion". :sick: And here I was thinking he had some type of remorse for what he did to that sweet grandfather and maybe had put a bullet in his own brain! He has absolutely NO remorse and actually thinks he's funny! They need to find this monster and remove him from society.

Ohhh ok I thought you were asking for the live scanner link, last post I see on the scanner thread was around 6am. I was listening to Rochester Scanner, he mentioned something about targeting "Greeks" and interestingly there's a town called Greece near there.

I just heard (read) that Altoona PA posted an alert to be on the lookout. Im not hearing anything on the radio though, it's rather quiet.
