Police flier shows photos of Spicher, asks questions

I'm surprised people at the pc didn't mention this flyer very much. i thought this was going to be a major part of it.

people in the locals thread said Old germantown road is one section of town that the dd flyer was sent out to.

it seems to me le is trying to put terri driving to where dd was gardening sometime after she went to the two fred meyer stores and then maybe dropping her back off before going to the gym.

(Believe me, I had to blow it up plus use magnifying glass high power to read that!!)

What could that mean, like did you have company or did someone else acompany you that day who may have seen the above truck and/or people?

Can you recall exactly what you did on Friday, June 4? I have an excellent memory and had to check my calendar to jog my thoughts about that day. As soon as I noticed that I had an appointment with my allergy/asthma specialist at 10:00am, I was able to reconstruct the rest of the day until I returned home at @ 2:00pm.

People in Portland/environs are being asked to recall their actions on that day and jog their memories about who they might have seen in such-and-such a place. How well would you do if you were asked to respond to the new questionnaire?

Since these flyers were sent to residents of Old germantown road, I take it that le is asking if you had visitors at your home that day.

other areas of town may have received these flyers at their homes as well but locals have verified old germantown road area.

I think that DS does have very similar features in the 3rd photo of DS to the recent photos of TMH. If I were shown these 2 photos, not knowing any background, I would likely think that they could be related.

However, I do not see that resemblance as much in more current photos of DS. I do not see how the 2 could be mistaken for one another currently, based on weight & hair color/style. To me DS's hair is not as vibrantly red now as it was in the 3rd photo. It is more of a golden brown/strawberry blond, similar to my own hair, in more recent pics that I have seen.

So sad this flyer didn't come out sooner. I can't remember who I saw roaming around 2 days ago, much less 2 months ago.

I totally understand this sentiment. But I bet a lot of people that day when Kyron went missing racked their brains and remembered more from that day than they would from a random Friday. There was a very significant and scary event on June 4th.

Along with that, the parking situation-maybe they are hoping something unusual. You know how when someone takes up two spaces and you get annoyed? And you remember it was a black sports car or something? I think they are just hoping for someone to remember something a little off that they didn't think of before.

The rock wall in an empty parking lot-IF I saw it, I may have remembered because I would have thought "huh, why is that person parking all the way out there on a cool rainy day? Weird." Or parked on the side of the road-if you saw someone pull over and then get out of the car RIGHT there, you might have thought "What's up with that?" Made a small mental note of it, and then had your memory jogged by the presser.

No, I do not recall what I was doing that day. I do not have anything marked on my calendar. I also did not pick up on this case, until a few days later. If I lived in the Portland area, I may have a better recollection of that day, since the news generally plays pretty prominently in my life and I would have picked up on the story and paid more attention to what I was doing that day, being on the look out for Kyron. Since I live across the country, that is not the case.

I agree with you...but if I was at the science fair that day and Kyron came up missing the same day I would go over and over what I seen and who I talked to.

The trouble I see here if witnesses (like the one guy that said he seen Terri and the white truck) it be like was it Terri or DD. :waitasec:
To me the bright red hair would cause me to notice but I be looking at the hair not the face...being woman wondering is she really redhead or not :waitasec:

I think it worthy of thread...I would like to read what other members posts.

I know I was home all day sitting right here at the computer on WS when the news broke...but I am not sure what I did that day before the news broke.

Now 911... I could tell you were I was at and who I talked too that day. I know I didn't eat lunch or supper.

Being a local in Portland or parent at Skyline on June 4th I hope they will be thinking hard what they were doing if they seen Two Different Redheads.

but the people who received the dd flyer are NOT SCIENCE FAIR guests or parents. they are people in certain target areas that LE has not made public. The people who receive them know who they are. For instance, residents on Old Germantown rd. received these flyers. These residents are the ones who are being asked to remember what they saw and who visited them - 10 weeks ago.
