Well, if they were so cooperative, why weren't the dogs brought in on the first day?
Maybe cadaver dogs were not ever brought in until then. The first day they had tracking dogs as they were stating they could not find the baby's scent outside and could not track it anywhere.

This does in no way say that this was the only area they had permission to process. These are the only areas processed at the first search by LE decision by information provided. Very big difference here.

YUP. I wonder why they needed a search warrant at all though. I realize that it is a constitutional right, but if that were my home and my child I would help them turn it inside out if it led to the abductor. imo

I wonder if the cadaver dog signaled next to the bed meaning the baby had been under the bed..

I see the perp took nothing else out of the crib..no blanket, no toys. We may conclude the perp didn't have the baby's best interest at heart. Where was the tape and dispenser found?

Do we know when Jim Brando reportedly left his home that day/night? I have a few thoughts circulating about both Jeremy and Jim being away from the home all night for the first time. No concrete theories or suspicions, it's just very curious to me.

We have been told the following regarding Monday Oct 3rd:
-Samantha Brando at the house at 4:30 p.m.
-Debbi back from store with Phil at 5:00 p.m.
-Jeremy leaves for shift 2 at 5:20 p.m.
-Samantho on liquor run from 6:30 pm to 7:00 p.m.
-Debbi and Samantha out on stoop with at least Shane stopping by from around 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

We have been told that Jim and Samantha went to marriage counseling that day and were advised to separate (never heard of a counselor making that call on session 1, maybe they'd been going for a while? who knows? I digress...) Are we to assume that the session had ended and Jim had moved out before 4:30 p.m., or was he packing at the time Samantha was hanging out at the Irwin home, or what? Jim is said to have been cooperative, took a poly, and questioned many times. I'm not accusing him (or fully clearing him in my mind). I just really want to know who outside Debbi, Jeremy and their 3 children were at/in that house on Oct 3rd. I don't think it's limited to Phil, Samantha, and Shane. I think LE might think/know others were present and that's why Young specifically mentioned needing to question the parents about comings and goings from the home.

Just noodling things...

Well, that's interesting. If the baby was outside and not contained, they would have been able to track.

JIM SPELLMAN, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Well, I`ve just finished speaking for the first time with the husband of the next-door neighbor. This is the woman that Deborah Bradley spent the evening drinking with.

Now, we know that Jeremy Irwin was out of the house. We now know that this gentleman, the husband of the next-door neighbor, was also gone. They began a trial separation that very day, Nancy. He left the house at 5:00 o`clock, not sure even where he was going to spend the night, ended up crashing on a friend`s sofa.

Formalities, so if anything major was found, it couldn't be tossed.

Well it was pretty obvious she was not in the house so.......

Maybe Yllek, we should start taking note of who left the house that day? Did Phil live there or not? I had his addy as living there.

1. Did Samantha really go on a liquor run?
2. Did Jeremy stay at work for 10 hours with no break or no coming home to eat?
3. Did Phil return to the house w/DB or did he come later?
4. Where was SB's husband all night? He sent her loving msgs...which I don't get.

It is possible that any of these people assisted with the disposal of the baby. Samantha B. is very close to DB according to our local as she has been seen visiting the parents at both locations.

I have to admit, that I have always have been curious about that liquor run.. Was it a liquor run, a bar hop or a meeting up with her husband..?

The tracking dogs were unable to pick up any scent outside? I would think a scent dog would pick up scent of a baby being carried. Seems reasonable since dogs have such good noses.

One other thing, DB strikes me as a chatter box and I don't understand why she wasn't calling JI from Sam's phone during the evening hours...or was she?

As to #2 Le has said Ji has a verifiable, on tape, alibi until about 3:30 pm. The rest I have questions about also.

I'd think they would be able to track Lisa even if she were contained.

Obvious LE has major questions about who came and who went that night and they can't get Bradley or Irwin to sit down and tell them who all was there. At this point, I don't think we'll ever know what happened to BL. I think she is deceased and disposed in the river. Both parents are involved in my theory as well. No reason they'd not agree to separate interviews with lawyers present unless they knew they could not trust each other.

Thanks nina! Wow, I missed the 5 pm departure time entirely when Spellman did his recap over a month ago. That is really interesting to me. So, Samantha was over at the Irwin home when Jeremy was home, Jim was likely packing his stuff, and Debbi was off buying wine with Phil. Is it possible that Samantha had been crashing at the Irwin home for a while until Jim moved out?

Just speculating... Possible to me that there was a lot of drama in that little world and somehow Lisa's disappearance may be related. Probably not, but not impossible.

Okay, back on topic yllek!

And what does that tell us?

That depends on the extent of training of the dog.

I doubt it since they go on skin cells as far as I know. If she contained and placed in a vehicle than I don't think a tracking dog could follow.

Whoah...:waitasec: Who's Jim? Oh, Sam's husband...got it. Thought I was losing it again..lol.

And what does that tell us?

I dont' really know LOL. If scent dogs track "live" people and cadaver dogs hit on "dead" people, then I know what has been reported, a dead body in the bedroom on either a blanket or something on the floor, the wording was vague on that IMO.

It does not look good for BL :furious:

Yllek, I think there is drama wherever DB goes...
