Police say parents are not answering vital questions #3

Any news on the wealthy benefactor and her connection to the case? It would be in her best interest to remain anonymous (hehe) and not let the world know she is backing this train wreck.

I'm also looking at their zeal to whine, complain and sensationalize their daughter in the national media.

How exactly have they done this in the past 4 months? Were they on talk shows all this time, I must have missed it.

You are exactly right. :)

Deborah went in and spoke with LE in the beginning.

THEN Jeremy went in and spoke with LE in the beginning.

Deborah speaks to LE + Jeremy speaks to LE = 2/TWO/DOS/DEUX interviews. I am math challenged and I get it.

Deborah and Jeremy have done SEPARATE interviews ALREADY!

Just my :twocents: here but I feel sure that LE has gathered evidence since these earlier interviews and I also feel sure that witnesses have come forward with new information as well. This new information should have garnered new questions that have not been asked nor answered by DB and JI because they have decided not to be interviewed. If one of the two was coercing the other one in anyway to match their stories of that night then it would and could be valuable to interview each of them separately. By not allowing separate interviews the parents are making themselves look as if they are conspiring on what the story needs to be. This is my take on it, period.

It is too late now for Lisa and to interview them. They have been coached and they present a solid front, not wanting to leave each other's side. My guess is out of fear. together they are strong, apart they are weak.

They needed to get these two in the first week...and break them down. Yes, I said break them down. That is the way you do it. LE did it with that girl across town, she broke and told them where she put the baby.

DB has followed missing childrens' cases; she knows the deal. She is controlling JI. If JI is not involved in his daughter's death, he is in a world of doo. If he were not involved, though, he would want answers. In the world of love and logic, he would want answers. In his world, he seeks something else.

This case is going the same way the misty croslin/ronald cumnings couple did it. He married the perp a month after Haleigh vanished. Marrying the "KEY" to his daughter's whereabouts?? Wrong on so many levels. We see this with Jeremy. Some men are just plain "Stupid" when it comes to a woman.

They interviewed them that first week for 17 hours combined, without counsel I might add. That's not just reporting the crime, that's getting interviewed, together and seperate.

I think LE's strategy will be to indict them both.

JMO

You can't indict someone if they didn't have anything to do with hurting their daughter. If they had enough evidence of this, they would of named them a suspect already.

Doesn't need to be continuous for it to have an impact on public opinion.

I doubt they really want the child found.

JMO

Then why are they going on a national syndicated talk show then? If they are wanting everything to be quiet?

Naming them a suspect has nothing whatsoever to do with a Grand Jury.

It's as easy as a ham sandwich.

My guess is that they are getting paid.

We have a drunk mother, a failed poly and a cadaver dog hit, yet people are knocking themselves out to defend them. This is just not good enough.

When you combine no intruder through the window, no prints or dna of a stranger, no dogs barking and no monitor heard a baby make a sound for checking up, for eleven hours, that's almost an indictment....YET some are more than willing to give them the benefit of the doubt?

The first thing Def. Attorneys would do with these clients is give them a poly. If they passed it, Joe T. would BRAG about it on TV. As soon as the cadaver dog hit was released, he was on the air, telling us it was doo doo they sniffed. His silence is deafening on the poly results.

You said they had zeal to sensationalize their daughter to the national media. How is this possible when they haven't been in front of a camera since mid October?

I'm expecting to read that DB has finally obtained her divorce and has married JI. No surprise at all. Either JI harmed Lisa prior to going off to work and she died from the injury or Lisa died at the neglect or at the hands of DB. I can't imagine JI standing by his woman unless he was involved in some degree with what happened to Lisa. I can see that DB would feel equally guilty if Lisa was just left in her crib to die while mommy had her "adult time". JI had most likely been trying to get some sleep that day since he had to work nightshift. Lisa was most likely fussy since her mother claimed that she had a cold and daddy most likely didn't get any rest that day. Maybe he got tired of a crying baby. IMO, both of them are involved with what happened to Lisa, therefore they are stuck together like glue.

The Grand Jury met in October. No indictments happened then. Then the spokeperson for the prosecutors office makes a statement that this thing isn't going to be solved in a really long time.

LE isn't going to do anything unless new evidence comes up.

You better implicate SB then, because that means she lied when she said she saw BL earlier that evening and everything was 'fine'.

Who else are we going to implicate? The kids, since they were in the house the whole time while DB was outside drinking?

Innocent parents of missing children don't refuse interviews with the cops for MONTHS and then hop back in front of cameras. Period. Unless they are such narcissists they think they can talk their way out of anything. Why the need to do it now? My guess is that they are being paid just as the Anthonys were paid.

We've been told by a mod not to mention money if it hasn't been verified. There is no evidence or proof they have gotten paid.

Grand Juries meet frequently and can be at the state or federal level. Not much evidence is needed. Indictments can be sealed.

Wow! a whole 17 hours in a whole week. IIRC, DB has her law proffessor at the third interview. Much of the 17 would be prepping for a poly. They would interview separate when taking the statements at the scene. Dollars to donuts, that is being included in the 17 hours.

I don't doubt you but would like to see who computed the hours and how they did it. My guess is the parents attorney gave out those hours...and we know how attorneys compute time if you ever had the misfortune to need and pay an attorney.
