Super 8 Motel Cromwell, CT Hotel Overview
Welcome to our Super 8 of Cromwell...We offer you... plenty of free parking for our guests, trucks and tour buses and a host of police and media vans.

Man, I truly hope there were not many guests and certainly no tour buses full of guests tonight - not that I'm wishing ill business on this Motel 8 - but I can't imagine all this happening if the hotel were packed full.

Thankfully it sounds like it was light enough to move people - or they left on their own accord - if he's really got the whole floor to himself.

I have this scanner on and nada. Frustrating!!! What's going on?

Just took some Benidryl and getting sleepy.

On a fun note: who knew you could listen to police scanners online? Not me until now...fun.

I hope they get him before any children in the motel wake and see all the LE..it will be scary, if not dangerous for them ^i^

Nighty Nite John's mom and everyone else hitting the sack. I can't figure out what the judge is doing taking over 4 hours from the time the officers arrived on the scene to sign the dad-gum warrant! Maybe it is very long and they are making ammendments or changes to it, have to call in the secy, wait for a call from Yale {I hope not}. . . . . .

That's funny. I just took some, too. Was about to post a pre-sleep warning before it kicks in. :)

Somehow I am rather doubting that one. I would be willing to say he is wide awake and waiting.

Really, I don't think I have ever seen the likes of it, the POI up in a motel room with his family and attny {we think}, a 4 hour stakeout so far, waiting for a warrant to arrive so their Swat team can knock on the door and get him down on the floor. Add the media and hotel guests to the mix and it is mass confusion, nobody can sleep for all the blinking red and blue lights - a nightmare for all by now. xox IMO
