I hope that too much time will not go by...I really do, seems that KC will not be deposed till January and that means the trial will not start till spring more then likely. It is dragging to far, I am afraid they will say time served. I hope I am not right. someone has to pay for that baby's life. If it is not KC she better name someone, or ROT.

I don't see the trial happening until about a year from now.

Also, do you remember when Cindy denied having called her this particular time at RM's that she took it even further? She claimed she had never had to call Casey to come or bring Caylee home. But several of her friends have stated that Cindy was always calling Casey home.

Another thing that makes me skeptical that she routinely had Caylee sleep on the mattress in the car is that this is the only time and place that it ever looks like there may have been a possibility. Since she was "with" RM since March (I hope my facts are right on this; please correct me if it's wrong) it seems RM would have been able to recall other suspicious opportunities. . . and I'm sure he's been going over all of it in his mind (as are all of her friends). I just think we would have had a lot more to work with if it were the case. Certainly MOO and my own speculation.

This will be a tough case all the "A"s are full of crapola.
They better have other people on that stand that have a moral compass.

KC wouldn't have had to drive anywhere except to Tony's. Tony was home on June 16. He didn't have school that day. Once she got there , she parked.,

They took Tony's car to Blockbuster. KC didn't look the least bit shaken. On June 19,Tony and Matt Crisp rode in KC's car and, according to Matt and Tony, Casey was her usual self.

George said he saw Caylee and KC leave for "work" and she told him she and Caylee wouldn't be back that night. George said Caylee was wearing sunglasses, shoes, a pink top and a denim skirt.

Since KC pinged from around the Anthony house, she didn't go far to"work". But she was back in the house by 3 because the Anthony computer power level went way up.

The only car mentioned in the M Crisp interview was Tony's, KC had lunch with MC at Subway located on University and Goldenrod, on 07/07/08, while ToNE was still in NY. He stated she was driving a dark colored, older model SUV, make & model unknown.

MC stated on 06/19 he saw KC and met ToNE for the first time when KC brought TL to the Lease Office where he worked, to possibly lease an apartment. KC didn't have any ID with her so he only showed the Apt to ToNE. No mention of a vehicle on 6/19.

MC was very sure of the date, saying there were only 2 possibilities 6/17 or 07/07. He verified this by his debit card statement. 07/07 won due to their conversations about how they each spent July 4th.

Just another couple of thoughts -- JMHO, of course.
Computer research on chloroform, peroxide, death etc on or about March 17, 2008. March to May time frame, KC, Caylee and boyfriend are sharing a bed. Caylee is there at night, but not there in the morning, but KC is there. The story about CA calling and taking Caylee home to the A's house -- is debunked by CA who said it never happened. Probably KC moved Caylee to her car. Probably not in car where people going to work could walk by and see in the windows. To prevent people from hearing crying or noise maybe chloroform -- knock the kid unconscious. Just theories. I haven't seen evidence showing there wouldn't be enough airflow in the trunk of that Pontiac to keep a child alive -- especially if breathing was shallow. Heat during the day would, of course, challenge survival. But, at night in the early spring -- maybe.

Chloroform has to be administered in very small doses at a time and would keep someone out for just a few minutes. Used in a concentration to keep someone out for hours will keep someone forever. And remember. There were no drugs found in her remains. Chloroform is metabolized very quickly, under normal use won't even stick around in the system to find traces in blood, urine or hair. But if it were done in strengths to keep someone out for hours if they happened by chance to live, I do believe there would be trace amounts.

Do you think MC was her new target boyfriend? He had access to apartments; which she needed if she wasn't going to flee the area. I have the impression that once she moved her stuff into AL's place when he didn't ask her to do so that their relationship started moving apart. Once he came back -- maybe she was on the lookout for her next opportunity.

The baby seemed very distressed and even had a mark on her eye, and I do think CA got some info that made her have that huge fight with KC

The law is a strange thing, I believe that CA wanted to file for adoption, I also believe that since KC is her legal parent, CA would not have had any chance to just remove KC with out it being a legal way.

I never believed that the "A"s waited till then, I will always believe that they were looking for KC and then got wind of some thing and helped KC cover up long before the 911 call

I am not 100% sure that she did not involve someone yet, because I do not trust how the foundation happend.

KC had all new friends, that most of her childhood friends did not even know. these new friends were party folks not babysitters

I'm so glad you see the stress in Caylee too. I waited for months before I said anything. Everyone was always gushing about how adorable the video is and they are right it is, but there is more and it just hurts to see a little 2 yr old baby with that much pain in her eyes. I've never felt the arguments were over money. That was all old news. But fighting about the baby, that I could buy.

None of the cell phone pings match up to KC being anywhere near C & G all the time she was gone. And the last time we heard anything that sounded truthful come out of Cindy's mouth was that 911 tape. From then on she's been in cover up mode. I don't think she yet realizes how much damage to KC's case she has done.

I had been one of Cindy's biggest allies' for the longest time. Thinking her behavior was all related to stress. I tossed in the towel after the depo. Stress, death in the family, whatever, there can be no excuse for that kind of behavior.

But you make a very good point about the foundation and everyone affiliated with it!! They just seemed to come out of everywhere.

I'll be really surprised if JB let's KC be disposed, she already pled the 5th.

I think our knowledge is basically the same. Even if it was the COD on Caylee I didn't expect her autopsy to prove 1 time use.

I don't believe that chloroform can be safely used to knock someone out (we're speaking non professional here) and should never be used by anyone to keep someone out for prolonged periods of time. It just can't be done safely by anyone. "Professional" or otherwise. IMO

Chloroform does cross the placenta, it causes damage to a developing fetus and also lowers fertility. It causes defects, retardation and miscarriage. And causes a formerly fertile female to become infertile. It also causes cancer of the thyroid in fertile females. (I'm taking all this fertility talk to mean a female who is not menopausal or even peri-menopausal since both cause infertility without adding chloroform to the mix.)

It causes liver damage and kidney damage in long term exposure.

Because occupational exposure to chloroform may cause diseases with prolonged latent periods, the need for medical surveillance may extend well beyond the termination of employment.

Because OSHA asks for workers to continue to be monitored even after leaving employment with workers only being exposed to amounts considered to be "safe". I am willing to reach here and suspect if someone were to be exposed to levels high enough to knock them out for prolonged periods (hours), for a prolonged period of time, it would show up in their organs and possibly the blood stream.

I don't know and didn't mean to imply chloroform would necessarily be found in remains with no soft tissue. I was specifically stating if someone were anesthetized for long periods of time and survived there would be chloroform in their system for some period of time. How long, I don't know.

I have never believed KC ever used chloroform on Caylee so she could go party, or used it on her more than 1 time at any rate. If she used it on the 16th, we know what the results were. Since I doubt she will ever come clean on what happened, I don't think we'll ever know.

Me too, I was also on CA's side for a long time.
It is not easy to be the Mom or a KC. It really has to be hard.
It is natural for her to try to save her daughter, because she too is not sure of what exactly did happen.
But with time of watching C&G not stand behind Caylee;
When they refused to give the search team a Caylee Garment it was really clear to me that they KNEW but did not want her found.
I did not expect them to hang their own daughter, but I sure did not expect them to leave that baby rot in the garbage.
I think they will be in some trouble in the end. But for now I just want to see the case go to trial.
I do fear it is an OJ case.

Thanks for finding this, Jolynna. He doesn't sound very sure of himself with all the "I think", but I don't doubt that it happened. It doesn't sound like Matt C. was ever in the car that day, and since he says that she didn't have ID with her, I guess she was driving without her license. In any case, I doubt that the smell had permeated into the passenger compartment of the car yet. I once drove a friend without a car to the grocery store in the middle of the summer and a pound of ground turkey ended up being left in my trunk. It took about a week for me to figure it out because I didn't have a reason to go in the trunk. Then the smell progressively went from something just a little funky to downright unbearable over the course of a few days until I finally figured out where it was coming from and what it was.

Tony was in KC's car on June 19 when he and KC met with Mathew Crisp & a couple of Tony's friends to look at a house, according to Tony's September 8 interview. Yuri asks Tony IF he was ever IN KC's car between June 16 and June 27. Tony says that he was.

And then we left with her car I think and my friend’s car. And there was a time when I was in the car and there was a time when I was in his car.

TL: It had to be uh, it, it is definitely between the 16th and the 2…the, the 20th then. I’m thinking that. Maybe the, I’m not trying to give exact dates because I don’t, I don’t want to be…
YM: No, that’s fine. Uh, what, well you said you’ve been with these two guys. You guys were all going to look for a house?

Jolyanna, great work! KC and TL went to look at an apartment following AH coming to check on her car, which was in TL's parking lot. This bolsters my theory that AH's totalled car somehow plays a role in this. Perhaps KC put Caylee in AH's car following her visit to check on the car and that is why KC was so confident and happy go lucky, knowing that Caylee's remains were safely albeit temporarily elsewhere. Just throwing it out there. :blowkiss: We do know that AH's car remained in the parking lot until 7/07.

Many of you have mentioned Amy's car being used as a temporary holding place - does that mean you must not think Caylee was buried in the woods on June 18th?

Well, if we go by the "shovel borrowing", the second time was 6/20, so maybe Caylee wasn't in the trunk on the 19th . . . .

I, however, do not think AH's car was used to hold Caylee or that she was in the woods 6/18. JMO, of course.
