Poll: Do you think LE will allow Casey 8 hr long visits with JB again?

In all seriousness, how much input from KC would JB need. Are they both coming up with a defense strategy? I'm sure he might have a need to discuss some evidence from the released documents but can he really trust her to determine the validity or accuracy of the statements from interviews, computer forensics, ect.

Also I know it is his job to defend her but does he really trust her or is he just holding his nose the whole time and waiting for his opportunity to cash in on this case?
