This dog was rescued from a rooftop of a house after Katrina and is now shot dead. This makes me mad. A beagle growling through a fence is threatening????

We simply MUST do something about the animal cruelty laws in Ohio. Ninety days is nothing. What a creep! Big man, using a 9 mm on a 15-20 lb dog. Must have made him feel really tough.
