St. Charles, MO and mine is already on and it's only 7:16... I also put my fourth of July lights back up for Caylee. Bright shinning Red, White & Blue with stars that are twinkling just for her... I originally bought them for my son when he went into the Navy, but today they are appropriate for Caylee. You have your freedom baby girl, rest peacefully in heaven knowing you have so many people who still love you.
