Jacob Barnard and Joshua Sherwood were tried in Portugal for the murder of Joel Eldridge, and on 22 April 2024 they were acquitted.

Very strange that joshua sherwood was giving evidence in Crown court against jacob barnard who was on trail for the murder of a mum and her child,when at that time joshua sherwood was wanted for murder in Portugal.
The Portuguese police stated that they could nt find joshua sherwood to bring him to trial when he was living and working in Eastbourne, even having photos of him in a removal company.
The Portuguese police were inform of this ,and could nt understand why the english police,justine pollard dc,being in charge of this case ,could not send joshua over to face trial in Portugal.
The Portuguese police were told that joshua sherwood could be found at a address in Eastbourne, but again the english police said they could nt find him.

How on earth does a murderer like joshua get away with this crime and live a normal life ,lots and lots going on in the background to protect this man.
Be careful he is really not a nice man.
He use to regularly beat the dogs he looked after ,braking a couple of the dogs legs in his care.
The dogs thank god ,all received good homes.
