I thought this could be a possible match.
Looks like a younger version of him.
Right Height
Eye color right
Could skins grafts be where tatoos were?
In car accident.. in coma 3 days then left the hospital ..never heard from again.
Missing front teeth.
Could someone due a side by side?

Paul was 35 when last seen in 2000 (although the pic looks like it's from the 80s, and he looks like he's in his 30s then). That means he'd only be 44 today.

In addition I doubt BK was ever of "medium build." He wasn't exactly fat at 5'11" and 240 - which means he'd be pretty stocky without middle aged spread, probably 180 - 200 lbs at a leaner build.

Finally Paul would have had a British accent and his only memories of Denver in the early 80s would have come from watching Dynasty in high school.

My opinion: not a match.
