I believe there is LISK and an undetermined number of killers, most of them individual cases and not necessarily serial killers and of course Shannan Gilbert's unrelated accident.

Lady of the Night, I have already answered both of those points.

Windpipe showed signs of damage - it wasn't determined as COD. My belief is the John (Brewer or AN Other if you believe it was a party) got a little rough.

I believe she died of hyptothemia due to body temperature being high due to drugs, and the air temperature dropping, she took some clothes off (as the hypothermia sets in, it can cause the opposite reaction to what would seem rational).

As for one of the worlds best ME. Debatable. Seems to leaves more questions than answers, in this case he states there was 'damage' to the hyoid bone. Isn't that just the MEs way of saying that's like saying theres a bruise. He couldn't determine what caused it from what I can tell.

This is the same ME who determined that David Carradine may have not died from accidental asphyxiation from what I recall too. As above. Leaves more doubt than clarity.

One final point, wasn't her body found way away from PH house? Just a myth it was in view.

I understand, but being both face up and having some hyoid damage, in tandem with being behind CPH house is too much coincidence.

Given his behavior with Mari and his hundreds of lies under oath, I'm going with foul play.

I believe PH may have seen Shannan that night and possible procured drugs for her. Either at brewers or when she was knocking on doors.

There are many things if you focus on SG just don't make sense either route you take. Accidental death vs Murder. It's a very rare occasion where you could argue either point passionately.

its just an opinion though, and i'm open to being persuaded it was an act of foul play outside of the above.

In your opinion. As i stated, you could argue a strong case in both directions. One thing I do believe is the focus shouldn't be on what happened to SG if you want to catch LISK.

I know i've said before I believe Shannan took drugs, i was reading a different article and the possible short term effects of Crystal Meth were listed. (I've cropped the intetesting ones which would fit into an accidental death scenario)

- Increased Body Temperature
- Erractic and sometimes violent behaviour
- Hallucinations
- Panic and Psychosis

Was this the drug of Shannans choice that night at JBs I wonder?

Let's not forget Shannon was also bipolar. Taking drugs being bipolar is a hot mess. I am not saying I doubt her observation that "They are trying to kill me? a whole lot going on here.

Spota will either be indicted any day now, as I predict, OR he won't seek reelection/be reelected.

It will be very interesting to see how it pans out once he is no longer the DA.

Unless she had bipolar with psychosis, the diagnosis standing by itself while taking drugs other than hallucinogens wouldn't cause psychosis.

Here is a snippet of an article re the fight to have Shannon's 911 tape released which I picked up from another thread......

"Suffolk County argued Wednesday that police should not have to release the 911 recordings made the night Shannan Gilbert was last seen — a disappearance that led to a criminal investigation into the eventual discovery of 10 sets of human remains in the area of Gilgo Beach.

The release “would compromise confidential information and interfere with and frustrate the SCPD’s efforts with respect to that investigation,” Det. Patrick Portela, the lead investigator, said in a court filing."

If there is no connection between Shannon's death and the LISK/Gilgo beach murder victims. how could anything on her 911 tape compromise that investigation????? SCPD has just basically admitted by this statement there's a connection between these two cases!!
