Here's something truly bizarre. There's this Jane Doe, who was found in Staten Island Sept 1989, presumed drowned, cause of death listed as unknown in Namus and Doe Network. Christine Belusko (potential Heuermann victim) was another Jane Doe from Sept 1991, also recovered in Staten Island about 15 mins from where this Doe was found. These women match on height, weight, age, hair color... So far, I would think maybe a coincidence. But when I was looking for matches for the 1989 Doe, I found this MP, Barbara Miller from Sunbury PA:

She went missing July that year around the 4th holiday, she was supposed to have attended a wedding around this time. She was in Sunbury, Milton PA area. Christine Belusko was last seen in the Mt Airy Lodge at Mt Pocono in PA.

So there's a lot going on with that Barbara's case, and one of the things was an anonymous letter received by LE. So look at this, this is from the anonymous letter envelope:

Same distinctive "n" it's like a weird combination of a small printed "n" that suddenly turns into a capital "N." And this isn't the only similarity with this "n," there's also similarity on the capital Rs, but I can't enter any more images into this post.

Barbara was according to one person last known to be going to some motorcycle event with two men. So just noting, the road, Hylan, that connects the two points where these Does were found-- that road is noted for having a lot of motorcycle action.

That's all just very strange, but jmo. I'm not sure the 1989 Staten Island Doe is Barbara, I do think she might be. Also really wondering about that letter.

She was found in tall weeds on Seaview, close to Fountain Ave near Belt Parkway, shot once in head, once in heart. They are guessing she was involved in sex work. There were two other murders in the area around this time, victim 25yo Debbie Brown found on Stanley in East New York and victim 32yo Charlene Brown near Sheepshead Bay. All three shot multiple times and found in vacant lots.

He's known to have done extensive jobs in Brooklyn. Was reading earlier about how (not sure when) Heuermann had some altercation with someone in his neighborhood and Heuermann had threatened to return to slash the man's tires.

I wouldn't be surprised.

Motivationen though. At the very least he would shoot at the limbs to enjoy some torture.

Kristine Grace Rodrigo, some time in 2003, 23yo, she was flying from Los Angeles International Airport to meet a man she'd met on the Internet in South (or North) Carolina. Rex Heuermann owned property in South Carolina and planned to retire there. LISK victim Jessica Taylor was murdered in 2003, there are notes in his organizer/log about making trips to an airport, possibly to meet someone there in 2003.
