This poll is open to all Websleuths members and all Guests. It will close Thursday night prior to Justice Goodman commencing his charge to the jury Friday, June 10 at 9:30 am.
It is unknown if the judge's instructions will include a lesser charge of manslaughter, but it’s included in the poll in case he does. (Note: AATF (Accessory After the Fact) has been included only for general interest as it is unlikely it will be included in lesser charges for the jury’s consideration.)
