Anybody know what has happened to MySpace? I can no longer access accounts for Travis Alexander or CMJA.

I tried looking at Travis' MySpace about a week ago and got a 'your browser is not supported', I still use XP and figured that was why, is the whole site inaccessible?

Yes we are!

I was answering a post above me that was revised by the mod so now my post doesn't make any sense.

I'm not sure which post you are referring to and I looked throughout the thread and could not find anything.

Mods do not revise posts but they will modsnip if the information is against TOS. If the post disappears then it was deleted by a Mod because it was against TOS.

Sorry, Lambchop, wrong choice of words. The post wasn't revised, it was modsnipped - thanks for clarifying :)

The Jury Said She is Guilty of Murder in the First Degree in a heinous manner.

<modsnip>

Actually she admitted to killing him with all the weapons she had there. Not so much of a mystery right?
:)

One case we can just click off the guilty for sure box and hope she gets the proper sentence.

This is the only one I think shows her reflection while taking the picture and reaching towards the shower door (I think), I swapped the color line up to make it more visible (upper right):

I so wish the state had countered the eye picture instead of stipulating and had this as their own exhibit. There she is.. No ninja, just her.

Which one was it? Can I fix it for you?

I am celebrating but how I hate this cheap champagne! The Arizona Sup. Ct. upheld the narrowing instruction which is identical to that given by Judge Stephens on especially cruel. That was on July 31, 2013 (in Benson). The defense motion to vacate the Arias cruelty aggravator lies in smoking ruin, its grounds defeated. Hasn't a prayer.

Speaking of excellent resolution of matters, how about that green shower photo. C.M. is frighteningly clear as she stands there in her menacing posture. Terrific job, geevee!

Thanks Tuba, I wondered why she wore that color so well in the courtroom.

Nurmi certainly puts a lot of effort into his failing motions, this one is like a boomarang that landed back in his lap with an unappealing thud.

I'm not able to make out her reflection. :((

Look at the upper right quadrant of the pic, see her taking a pic and moving her other hand to the shower door?

All I get now is a profile picture for either Travis or CMJA. I don't know if they have changed privacy settings, if the accounts expired or what. I do not have a MySpace account, so I'm not sure what "members" might be able to see.

Geevee, I see where you are directing attention.

Is this possibly the spray from the showerhead? What appears to be the reflection from the flash is above his arm towards the top third center of the picture.

Yes, that is the shower spray in the middle, her face is above that and her hand reaching for the door a bit below.

Here ya go, it's what I see anyhow.

It is so much more obvious than the yeti that The Defense was trying to say was in the eye ball..

To me it actually looks like both arms are reaching toward the shower.

I was really surprised neither side seemed to notice or try to use it to their benefit. It's certainly clearer than whatever may be on his eyeball. <eyeroll deluxe here>

It looks to me like her left hand is holding the camera and her right is reaching in front of her for the door with finger pads maybe pressed against it.

Yep. I see that too. IT is a shame in all these pics there is no reflection of the gun or knife.

But one hand should be holding the camera, so two extended arms should not be visible. Is this logically correct?

I am hopelessly challenged spatially, but it would seem to me that if the reflection of the flash was towards the center of the picture, shouldn't the image of the person taking the picture be centered as well?
