Obviously couldn't have been him, but we know she cracked his passwords on lots of his accounts. Some of the stuff written on that page does not sound like Travis, maybe she rewrote some of it? I was never able to see his original MySpace as the page always said I used an unsupported browser but some of that just doesn't sound like him.

I think she did write some of it, as well as his friend Katie barnes. She'd written Travis a looooooooooooong email sometime in April or may 2008 and was complaining because he'd acknowledged his friend for helping him, but not Jodi for "editing." I'm sure "editing" meant rewriting.

What puzzles me is why anyone would find these stupid videos interesting enough to watch at all. Why did someone even make them in the first place? :scared:

IDK. I wouldn't think it was something Jodi would out of the blue want to watch just because it seems to be about the women's bodies.

Did you see what I said about him suddenly switching to watching a youtube video about the airproxy server? So he wasn't using the server. he was just watching a video about it.

I don't recall there was any proof as such that it was Travis watching the videos, the only one who said they saw him at that time was JA, and we know how far we can trust her word. :facepalm:

We can see from the pic WM posted above that one of the videos had 2 views on Travis' computer, I wonder why it only showed one time though? Would using the Back button account for that?

According to all those history records that I listed, he was somehow on that page of the Daft bodies at least three times, but there is no clear understanding of how he got there one or two of the times. Go back and look at the post and you'll see a logical path from one video to the next except when it comes to watching Daft bodies.

But I also noted that there's no record of anything before 408am; however, the 408am entry begins with the word "related" on the end of the requesting URL. That means that prior to 408am (we just don't know when) that browser was open to Daft bodies and then it proceeded to drunk daft bodies at 408am.

This opens up other possibilities, which include that his computer sat where open to that video, possibly for hours or minutes, and then someone resumed watching videos at 408am. I leave my youtube browser open all the time and go for hours doing something. Like, for example, the 15 minutes or so that i've been in this thread, my youtube browser is sitting open on a video I have already watched.

I don't know how internet history accounts for that type of thing and without seeing what was prior to 4:08am, we'll never know if his browser had sat open while he was upstairs, and maybe Jodi came in, resumed watching all that stuff, got into his email and his website. We just won't know. We do know that she said the next afternoon, she woke up and was apparently in bed with Naps, too. That means that if Travis was upstairs, Naps might have been upstairs, too, when Jodi arrived. If she was quiet, then that would make sense that Naps didn't respond to someone being in the house. Maybe he did respond and Travis came down to see Jodi in his house. IDK.

I'd like to print out my own internet history and see what it looks like because I can have up to 5 browser windows open at once, I open things in new windows all the time, and sometimes, I use two different browsers at once.

Yeah, we'd really need to see the whole print out to see what was viewed before 4:08 to know what it was seen to account for the 'related' on the url, the only thing we can tell is it was viewed twice and he went on to another related video.

I never leave a YT window open on my browser after viewing, the memory usage on my browser zooms up so high before I know it it's over a gig and cramping like crazy. I still have an old version of IE on here, probably a memory leak from its creakiness. I often use two browsers at once also but have to close and reopen so that page file doesn't have a hissy.

On one of the pics you posted I noticed they took the info from the cookie file, I didn't see that on the other pic, just Mozilla as the browser, if you print out your history, compare it to those pics and see which one it resembles.

Did she say Naps was upstairs at any point? Could explain why she put up the guard gate up at the stairs before leaving (or maybe before she did what she came to do), only way to keep him away from Travis or his door.

"Well, I'm not going to go there and not do that," she responded. she added that she hadn't been sleeping with anyone else (assuming from April till June 4th).

I believe those were the truest words she'd ever said, and that's why they had sex before she killed him.

I'm so amazed at everything I hear and notice about this trial after watching it like a half-dozen times. I'm sure the jurors' are watching it and flipping out about the stuff they might not have caught live.

That's a really good question, I don't recall anyone asking her when she braided her hair, but I think that's why there's duct tape in the laundry room, I think that's what's holding the braids in (look at the closest braid to the camera, wide and flat and shiny grey, not a barrette or rubber band or pony tail holder. Duct tape.

But the only time braids have ever been mentioned were in the sex tape, also in the sex tape she mentions if they did a photo shoot she'd wear make up, which she is wearing in the selfies she took in Salinas on the 3rd but there doesn't seem to be any make up on her in the nudies. The lipstick would wear off but not the eyeliner and mascara or eyebrow pencil that's clearly there in those selfies. I still have grave doubts about those pics having happened that day, as you can tell. lol

One more thing. Tawnidilly's pictures are now private. I wanted to see more pictures of Travis' office to see where the window would have been in relation to where his computer would have been.

That's why I think she took a shower before sex, which has also not been mentioned in court. It makes no sense in the world that she--who was self conscience about her Brazilian--would not have taken a shower before sex with Travis. She's very vain, so it makes no sense that she would sleep in her makeup. I personally can't tell if she's wearing makeup, but I'll look again. And I have to go through all those court minutes, still. Thanks for that.

If there's a plausible explanation for her putting the pictures on the camera, then, I'll entertain it, but I just can't see a plausible reason or method.

LOL Hit the Ctrl/Alt/Del to bring up the task manager and check the performance tab (at least with XP that's how I get it), my page file is set for 1.5 gig I think, so when it gets over a gig I have to close and let it dump the memory usage and then reopen.

Yeah, your print out will probably look a bit different but you may be able to get close to what encase printed out, at least we could see what it does look like.

I know, everytime I watch a day or part of one to get a screen shot or something I always catch more detail than the last time, I bet the juror's jaws just drop sometimes at stuff they didn't catch or understand in the courtroom and hearing it just that once.

I can see the thumb now that you pointed it out. But I sure as heck never saw a shoe.

I get there the same way on windows 7. But I don't know how to memory dump. Right now, I did something to make the browser not accept cookies. So I don't know what the history will look like and I have to figure out how to undo whatever I did.

She was about to say "I had a B--" but JM objected because she'd already fully answered, and nurmi moved past it. Usually, he asks what she was about to say, but he didn't that time.

I'm sure she was about to say she'd gotten a Brazilian, which of course is even MORE indication that she'd gone there intending to have sex. Maybe that's just me, but I'm not trying to do super gardening in that area if I'm not having sex with someone, and so I think she got waxed up to get down with somebody.

Seems like most of the pic accounts have gone private, I had to lock mine up for a while too, comments from one of her supporters spooked me, when I opened it back up I turned everything off except making it public. I have some pics of his office but can't remember if I saved one of where the window is, I know I've seen it.

Just closing out the browser will dump the accumulated memory, when you open it back up it should be low, like around 200 or 300 mb. Is there a 'reset to default' on your security tab? That may make it accept cookies again.

I found her bare foot in 5:32:16, with painted toe nails, I never thought that was a sock, it looks more like a towel she had the knife in because of what looks like finger indentations along the top of it. I think her foot is moving left to right because I can see a trail made by the zipper, but that's really hard to determine. Tomorrow I'll see if I can make the bare foot clearer and post it.

Firstly, the sex tape talked about OLD sex. It sounded as if they hadn't had sex in a good while.

Second, yeah, she said "remember you were totally licking my..." and she said she was so self conscience because she'd just gotten her brazilian on.

Now, this was a planned trip to meet him right? I "Think" it was when she drove herself there unannounced, but I have to go back and make sure. But if I am right, that definitely means she gets waxed before she goes to have sex--and goes to have it unanounced, apparently.

More context. She said she'd gotten off work and drove to Mesa unannounced while she'd been living in palm desert. I think this was the time she meant she'd fallen asleep and woke up to him doing that.

Another interesting fact, day 20, she talks about the other gun she bought. Says most the men she'd spent time with had had guns. Her dad had always had guns, Matthew and Darryl had had guns, her grandfather had guns.

I'm sorry. I thought i was replying to Geevee,, who'd asked why he was on a proxy server.

A proxy server is used so you can browse without history on your computer. It also unblocks sites that you might not be able to access. People use them to access facebook and social sites that are blocked at work. they also use them to watch without another person using the computer seeing a URL pop up as they are using the browser.

Come to think of it, this might be something Jodi would want to look into just to see if she could browse his computer without a trace of doing so.

For the office picture, I can't tell from the way the computer sits if he has it angled away from the window, so you cant see what's on it from that window.

The blinds appear closed, and I'm assuming this is how they found them upon photographing this room. I can't see a reason that the police would close the blinds. So I have to assume, too, that people discovering travis hadn't messed with the blinds, and so they were closed. in the am of June 4th. Unless of course we decide that Travis actually closed them before "throwing" jodi over the desk for sex. Which I doubt.
