Well, Peter's theory is excellent, the man can be harsh in his remarks but he's got some serious brains. There's one point missing in his theory - in my opinion - and I have come up with an explanation to that.

Why is the Barthelemy family lawyer keeps saying "I've been led to believe he's white". John Ray, Keahon and Cohen. Three lawyers we met in this journey, if someday I decide to commit a crime I would like to be represented by Cohen, because he strikes me as the smartest of these three.
