Actually I think he even may have kept them alive for a little bit. Maybe he liked Melissa more and kept her around longer. Maybe that's how he new things and made calls.

From looking at the dolls over and over if the killer is even in fact who left them Ive decided that he didn't like Amber the most. Idk why but that's just what I take in from those dolls. Actually Ambers doll was disturbing. Idk what's going on with the mouth but it bothered me.

Personally, I don't think he went after small woman for any other reason then that's what he was sexually attracted to. After all this is most definitely a sexual sadist playing out his twisted fantasy so why not pick a girl who plays the part physically?

And after going back and forth for ever I've finally locked in my opinion regarding sg and have come to the conclusion that there is just no way she wasn't some how involved in all this. And JB.....HELLO!!!!!! He had more then enough time. And can we say a tad bit insensitive! !!!!

Regarding the gutting/dismemberment comment, it was previously established that one of her bones (a rib?) was found elsewhere on the parkway. They think this was due to animal activity.

Gotcha, someone left the comments on his blog (on a re-read). I posted the article because it refers to someone using the term recently online. I know nothing about the that situation in Nebraska, apologies.
What I'm way more interested in is how much it's used on the NYPD only messageboard. That term comes up repeatedly. Have you taken a look? The board's existed since 2008 but since the slur gets thrown around so much there I'd imagine the officers who post on Thee Rant have been using it freely irl for quite some time. Again, this leads me to think that maybe there really is an LE involvement angle with that caller.

Jim Clemente said this killer enjoys seeing people get hurt. He would enjoy it even more if he was responsible. He said this is the kind of person LE should be looking for. This is the OPPOSITE of someone who blends in. Either LE knows who it is or they dont. If they dont then they should go back into their pile of tips and have another look.

Bronx DTs should not assume the killer lives on Long Island. That would make it easy for them to step aside. All they need is one guy who can ( as Dormer put it) find the diamond in the rough.

It might surprise you to know that most investigations begin with assumptions. One must first have a working theory as to Who, What, When, Why etc., That is your starting point. The more competent detectives start from there and go to where the evidence seems to lead them.

The 'better' detectives make their assumptions as to who the killer might be and make it all fit to a person no matter how much evidence points to the contrary. That is when The Crème da la Crème of the SCPD Homicide Squad steps in (J. McCready statement made for Tankleff Investigation)

It is so much easier to pick a suspect and work backwards to that suspect. In many ways it is easier to convict and innocent man than a guilty man. With a guilty man you first have to find one. With an innocent man you can take your pick of thousands.

It is even easier to pick a dead man as your suspect as that person can't defend themselves. Can you say Bisset?

I have NEVER suggested this particular case was easy to solve. Truth is it may never be solved. Not because of one of my conspiracy theories being in play. One thing I can be reasonably certain of is if there are concerned people putting road blocks in you way the cops will NEVER solve it and it doesn't matter how much information they accumulate.

SCPD is as capable as most other police departments solving such a crime. Your average detective surely would like to solve this case - solve it the correct way if nothing more than the sense of satisfaction of doing it.

There is a fellow that was a convicted drug dealer out of The Town of Babylon. He went to jail and when he came out he went into the business. He made no bones about advertising his new trade on the Internet. His office was near The Port Authority Terminal in Manhattan. He returns to Babylon and buys a house on Oak Beach and pays only $225,000.00 for that house in 2000. 4 years later he sells it to a well known politician for $825,000. At that time the house was listed on many real estate sites at being valued at only $425,000.00. Today, it is listed as being worth as a shade less than $600,000.00. When the politician purchased the house he immediately procured at least one mortgage for $700,000.00. That home is at Oak Beach.

This politician is well known as a fundraiser for a very high and well placed politician in Suffolk County.

Now this isn't your ordinary politician, his job was to look for opportunities to benefit the jurisdiction he was charged to find such opportunities.

Now I ask you how does such a person be placed in such an important position manage to buy a house twice the amount it was valued at the time he bought it?

Can we get a link to this convicted person or a name? I remember this coming up on here before but never got a name. Very curious

Sitting here reading this. And it came to mind how freaking weird those shows on youtube were.
What's weird is we are pretty much the only people that know those even exists. They had to of been something more then just that. Dormer...alll of em could of got a lot more attention on this and the Does in anyway other then a sketchy youtube video.

I take it this is the property you're referring to? Importantly, I see you're referring to the pornographer in past tense? I take it he died? If so, when? And finally, are you of the opinion the guy was involved in and/or knew of the murders of these girls? Or is this more of a connecting the dots... identifying those in the old boys club (the smithtown gang?) and possible speculation regarding how far they'll go to protect secrets?
