Posting a New Cold Case

Hi, I'm new to posting in WebSleuths. There is a case here in Chicago that I don't see on WS, but would like to post. I couldn't find an answer in FAQ's or Help about how to post a new case. Can someone direct me to the rules? Thanks!

This link should take you to it, but if not, go to 'forums' then scroll down to whichever category you need - cold cases, crimes in the news, missing persons etc.
