Potential Biorelatives of Caylee wanting to bring Wrongful Death Suit

IMO it could be that a lot of guys don't remember ever sleeping with her or her them, especially since they liked to party a lot. I am not sure however she was really the party girl when she got pregnant as we saw in pics after her arrest.

I know of a couple of young girls (mid 20's) that sleep with a different guy a few times a week and they have no clue just how many there have been. A lot of time they wake up not knowing where they are, or they wake up with a guy they have no clue who he is. I am not saying ICA did this, but just that now days lots of young folks sleep around and can't remember it. One of these girls is the daughter of a friend and I so worry about her.

This lady Donna MacClean, she did contact attorney's about DNA testing before the trial for Casey Anthony. I think her son Michael Duggan looks like he could be related to Caylee but so does JP Chatt, IMO. Wonder why this family didn't come forward when her son died or at least to look for her granddaughter at some point before Caylee was murdered, she may have saved her life!:waitasec:

I think all the scam artists are going to come out of the woodwork to try to "cash in" via a wrongful death suit. The DNA test will end their claims quickly, but in the meantime, they get attention.

Im not sure that this women is a scam artist. She lost her son and daughter in a real bad accident in 2007. We all know the ICA sometimes throws some truth in her lies. Im willing to give the lady the benefit of the doubt until its proven other wise. And at this point if she is I dont care if she does sue ICA for every penny left over from the other suits that dont win. I dont want ICA to make a dime.JMO

From what im to understand is she only knew what her son told her and maybe she didnt feel it was her place to make a claim. The women lost both her son and her daughter in that accident. Im sure she was trying to just deal with that and heal. I dont blame this women a bit. We all know how the A's are I wouldn't be surprised that they would of gave her a hard time. Im willing to give the lady a pass right now until I hear the whole story if in fact she is Caylee other Grandma.Just have to wait and see :twocents:
 
I am glad these people are coming forth...it will be great to find Caylees father..if he is deceased..I know she will be in his arms. These folks have every right to know. I am not worried at all about them taking the blood money away from those that have already recieved it or will be recieving it. There is a good chance that one of them will do the right thing for Caylee..since her kin folks havent. Ca and ICA made the decision not to tell the father..that is just wrong.

I believe it may have taken her a while to realize the possible connection as at the time she was grieving the loss of her son. However, this latest one who is in prison, seems to be completely absurd, and basically he is who I was referring to more so than DMacC.

Wow, I didn't know she lost both children how sad. I thought when watching her on the Today show that she could be Caylee's paternal grandmother, the conversation she had with her son about the pregnancy could have been Casey he was talking about. Could be any girl in Florida though too. Tough situation. I still think Caylee looked like her son. Whatever happens I hope that Cindy is not mean to her if and when Ms. MacClean calls her. IIRC I think Ms. MacClean said she knew about the baby for two years and didn't know if she should get DNA testing or not.

I agree, she would be with her daddy. Such a sad situation all the way around. CA and ICA should have never taken that right away from Caylee, she should have had her father listed on her birth certificate. CA probably didn't tell him she was even pregnant. Shows again just how controlling CA and ICA are.
 
IMO, the person I believe is Caylee's father is alive and well.
Money and influence confer quite a lot of silence in most " messy" situations.

I have the greatest empathy for this young man and his family if they were litle precious Caylee's biological family also. She probably would have had a great life with them.

I don't think the girl was her daughter. I thought she said her son lived with his father and the girl was his half sister.

I doubt ICA knows who the father is, or she doesn't want to say. Didn't she stick with the story that Jesse G was the dad until the paternity test said he was not? So oops, when the test came back and CA wanted to know who Caylee's dad was, either ICA just did not know or she did not want to admit who he is.
Next step for ICA: concoct a lie. Oh, yeah. He's dead. Let me google young men who died in car crashes in 2007. Okay, Ortiz, Baker, (can't remember the third one-from GA?) pick one. Poof! The question of who Caylee's dad was would never come up again. Oh and also, of course he was tragically killed in an auto accident on his way to Caylee's 2nd birthday party. She loves the extra details.
 
What was the name of the inmate who filed a motion asking to be included in the court case, he filed a month or two before the case went to trial I think? The judge declined to accept him and made it an order that no cases would be reviewed unless they were filed by an attorney. Is this the same guy?

At least her son's dad LIVED nearby!
Heck anyone who comes forward will get ridiculed at this point.
Until he says "I TOLD YOU SO!"

According to members here, she followed Caylee's case online in a forum from 2010 - 2011... for a year. Just like we have done here.

Then in June 2011... it suddenly "came to her" that THIS could be the same Casey with the cop father and nurse mother that her son told her about having a daughter with.

She says her son told her about the child... either he was having a girl or already had a girl... (I've heard both versions from her) when she mentioned wanting a granddaughter.

Then, they didn't get around to talking about it again... and then he was killed. So it was either 2 months or 2 years after this conversation that he died.

He was killed when Caylee was 2. That's a long time to not talk to your mother, who you are close with and talk to frequently... about your daughter.

Casey told people in August of 2007 that Caylee's father was killed in a car accident.

This guy died in October 2007.

Just got lucky that he died the way she said he had, so soon after she said he did?

Those are the top few reasons I don't find this woman credible.

If I remember correctly... she also said she saw Haleigh Cummings in a restaurant?

I agree that JP Chatt still looks the most like Caylee to me.

Mark says he never slept w/killer casey...so I don't know. It was reported that Tara (his ex-wife) had an affair w/LA which resulted in preg/abortion. KCA hates Tara as does LA by the letter he wrote her.

LA and KCA sure do get upset with pregnancys....real upset. KCA also blew a gasket when she allegedly had a miscarriage w/ Brandon S. This family is just plain nuts..:waitasec:
