Looks like rush hour traffic is moving along

I guess FOX doesn't care since "Yami" was too busy with child molesters to go to the press conference. *roll-eyes*

So, they are saying her media performances helped them with charging her...ROFL! Way to go Tammi Faye!

  • #124
he does not know what charges are and no one is telling him.. he's upset

I think he's just trying to create a little drama or sympathy ... he knows the charges, just that he hasn't been able to talk to someone 'officially' to validate (even though LE just stated what they were). Then he acts like she is being interrogated and not allowed a lawyer, but later admits they have already told him they are just processing her, not talking to her.

I think there just wasn't enough of a paper or electronic trail to charge Jack.

Trying to make it look like Tammi has been fully open! (so if she were out her lawyer would advise her to just keep on doing what she had been doing - hahahaha, sure!)

Do ya'll really think Tempe LE is getting ready to close their case, or is that just popo-speak to get Jack to let his guard down?

Yes, I do believe they are closing their case.

I bet NG will now have TS's attorney on tonight.

No....I don't think that at all. There's a trail and they've got the first crumb and following all the others now. Lot of other agencies involved. This could be big before it's all over. That little tidbit she dropped last night on the NG show about EJ being worried about 3 people leaving the country, I think was the final straw and screamed to me.........it's time to bring her in.

You know, that attorney acting like he didn't have a clue what Tammi could have done wrong, is completely disrespectful of every child who's ever been taken illegally from a parent who loves them, and in this case, completely disrespectful of Gabriel, and of Logan.

I am so angry right now I could scream.

:furious: :banghead: :furious:

You give me hope, Baz! :blowkiss:

I think that was just a nice way of saying they will start gearing up to prosecute Tammi

That includes collecting more evidence and processing the evidence they have already collected. They just aren't looking for Gabriel in Tempe.

I think they're getting ready to close their case regarding the TPS and her involvement with Gabriel's disappearance. I wish I could watch the press conference again because he was choosing his words so carefully.

I also think that if LE thought that Gabriel was murdered, then they would have passed that info on to Logan somehow and Logan probably wouldn't be looking for Gabriel in TX.

He's about to GET a clue in the courtroom. If the prosecutor can't make him understand, the judge will make sure he does before the arguments even begin. At least JBaez didn't have to ACT like he didn't have a clue, he really doesn't.

And I'll be yelling and shaking my fist at my TV screen.

Of course NG will be extremely nice to him since he is her BBF's attorney!

Considering there was an hours notice it would have been a hell of a trip from San Antonio to Tempe.

I'm not understanding how you can "close" a case on an open investigation of a missing child. If she is involved, nothing can be closed until they determine what happened to this child.

And, I think that they would have already started at that landfill in SA if SA LE thought Gabriel was not alive. So, hopefully, this is just the beginning of a good ending. *fingers crossed tightly*
