I wonder if this is another instance where we get all excited thinking there's going to be a presser (because that's what the news reports) and then find out there was never really a presser scheduled.

They believe that Tammi was working with EJ in order to provide a place potentially for her to go and some help along the way. They don't believe at this point that either of the Smiths have specific information to tell them where Gabriel is located.

taken into custody without incident. She came to the door. She requested not to be arrested in front of daughter. She stepped out front and walked to vehicle.
Once at tempe police dept. She provided statements. Some new information provided but nothing that will lead them further in this investigation.
summarize.... clear in statements that it's her intent to eventually adopt gabriel. As things progressed and elizabeth left az. they believe tami was working with her for a place to go and help on the way.
they don't believe that either smiths have specific info to tell them where gabriel is.
Jack smith is no longer a person of interest.

processing and analyzing evidence. San antonio stil has a missing persons investigation. Az a criminal prosecution in the works against tammi. Az. do not want to say anything to hurt az investigation or san antonios.
