Manipulating the public through the media in order to create confusion, doubt as in reasonable doubt.
As I said I am not very educated about the process but this looks like a smoke and mirrors defense strategy, implemented prior to the jury selection so that those potential jurors that do not follow this case as closely as many of us do, remember the chaos from this stage and are more willing to believe a defense strategy put forth.

Baez may not have come up with this strategy. This confuse strategy may have come from his "pro bono" friends that are assisting him.

Do I think KC is innocent? Heck no, but this is going to get very ugly and I am thinking that this may be the first phase of defense strategy. Say you all?

The only problem is that it does not serve the interests of the Anthony's Three outside of demonstrating now and future cooperation. It goes against the interests of Baez in that having people that close to his client being implicated in wrongdoing casts poorly onto his client.

This isn't done to confuse anyone. This is done to publicly let everyone know that the Anthony's Three are cooperating as much as possible. Now. Sadly, if there is that disclaimer on their behavior (now) then it means whatever happened (then) is worth taking a look at. And that's why they have attorney's. Smart move on their part. I will let the legal minds work out the details.

How 'bout this for acting wierd? Young mother's 2-year old child is kidnapped but she tells noone and parties on, bakes lasagna, has sex with multiple guys, steals from her friend, buys sunglasses and No. 82 hoodie t-shirts with stolen and ill-gotten gain, makes up one doozy story after another to keep her family in the dark and off her tail, abandons her car which smells like death and contains evidence of her decomposing daughter. She never reports her child's so-called abduction. Then when, her mother locates her and demands to know the whereabout of her child, she lies. When the police ask for details of the so-called kidnapping in order to locate her child, kidnapped for about a month according to her, she lies. She can't even remember the right date her child was taken. Then she lawyers up and does nothing to help locate her child while her parents and family suffer unbearable agony and even defend her. She maintains all the while that the child is fine and that she's just protecting her and the family...right up until the child is found double-bagged and thrown away like trash just seconds from her home. With items that tie in to her family's residence???? When she hears of the find, she refuses to see her minister. How's all that for wierd?

I have 3 questions:
1. Why was the PI hired by the A's to find a living Caylee videotaping the exact area of woods that she was actually found in?
2. Why would this tape NOT be mentioned for 3 weeks after she was found. . . I don't think he missed it on the news or forgot that he was there.
3. Can't the forensics they already have prove that the body was there for more than 2 months and put an end to this chaos?
