WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Patrick Fitzgerald, the special prosecutor in the CIA leak probe, plans to ask members of the grand jury to indict Lewis "Scooter" Libby, Vice President Dick Cheney's chief of staff, a lawyer involved in the case told CNN Friday.

The attorney said that Fitzgerald believes Libby misled investigators.

He was indicted on 2 counts perjury, 1 count obstruction of justic and 1 count false statement, I believe.

Man! I might need to change my cats name. I've had my cat (Scooter) since 2005 well before SP case and now Libby. My other cat is named Kato and I had her like 5 yrs. before the O.J. case. Next time I get a cat I'm gonna let someone else name it. LOL
