Protestors ask State Atty to file charges against GA

I want to add that a member of my family is a child advocate and prosecutes offenders, this person is very accomplished. Never has this person ever critized my passion in the protection of animals for innocents are innocents and dependent upon those in charge or those that should know better, just as children are dependent upon parents. This person and I see eye-to-eye, so I am suspicious when others who claim to be concerned about Caylee are not in the least, concerned about those dogs. Again, this person who will remain nameless, does not belittle my concern. Perhaps because they are genuine in their advocacy... just sayn.

A bit off topic, but wanted to try to substantiate my concern about what the 'instigators' are accomplishing and how those who support them are not exactly thinking clearly, just running on pure emotion, which is not truly helpful to anyone at anytime, ever. Pure emotion is different than pure adrenaline, which can be very helpful in extreme situations.

Poki, I am an animal lover and had not thought about the dogs so thank you for calling my attention to it. Do they stay outside? Don't you think that the Anthonys have a responsibility to see that those dogs are kept safe? Regardless of whether the protesters should or shouldn't be there, the fact is they are there and the Anthonys should be adapting to those circumstances. If the dogs are getting harrassed and upset, the Anthonys should take the necessary steps to keep them out of harm's way. JMO

They said on Headline news that GA could be in more trouble for pushing the lady because she is 65 and that is a worse crime than somone who is 64 or younger.

She is healthy as a thirty year old ;to be standing out there shouting as loud as she was. geesh. thanks for updating why the charge would be more serious.


IF GA should be arrested; the PROTESTORS should be arrested for "disturbance of peace, and harrassment".

I would never be in the Anthony's position, that is certain. But I or any of us could be in their neighbor's position. Through no fault of our own, we could be subjected to this sort of self-serving, instigating behavior and I personally would be compelled to protect my property, liberty and pursuit of happiness!

Perhaps, a demonstration should be organized to protest these instigators. An alternative to instigating the Anthonys, would be protesting at the courthouse or at the jail when Casey was a resident and will be again.

I always feel the need to qualify almost anything I write on here that is not in line with demonizing the A's, so here it is...In no way am I defending Casey or her parents in regard to Caylee. Mob mentality is NOT a good thing, period! Only after all the facts are in and presented in a court of law will we know the extent of the A's involvement before, during and after the fact Caylee went missing/died.

Also, my m-n-l is 65 and in no way do I consider her elderly!!! Good Grief, charlie brown!

But one more thing, I realize some people do not care about animals, but I DO and they are dependent upon humans for care and these 'instigators' have no concern for the A's dogs and that makes my blood boil, just as much as Casey's apparent disregard for her child does. 65 is NOT elderly, people. That woman has more energy than me. I don't think GA should have laid hands on her. But, I would have wanted to if I were him (wanting and doing are different). The protestors are causing disturbance of peace... they do not even live in that neighbourhood. Bringing your child to hold a sign and protest, IMM, wrong parenting. Why don't these people have lives? jobs? cleaning their house? playing boardgames? participating in children's advocate groups to make a real difference?

If they can not do that, and are so vile to interrupt prayer at a vigil; they are certainly not going to empathise with the animals of the neighbourhood.

You know, there is a point where NOTHING MATTERS any more. I am a dog lover, i have 3 in my house, i have 8 cats, i have 3 little hamsters, i have a ferret, fish, and 3 kids. My anger and rage over this disgusting family puts what I would feel I have to do first. The dogs in that house still have people to be their voice, Caylee does not. The neighbors have a voice, Caylee does not.

The A's make my blood boil so much more than the protestors who may be making their dogs a little upset. Sorry. Caylee is a baby with no voice. She needs a voice.

Sometimes i wonder if the short bus drops all of these people off their and give's them sign's to hold.... Leave ga alone...go try to protest in the hood and see what happen's... I believe people are protesting because they feel a great injustice has been done in their city. They see a mother who could care less about where her daughter went (most likely because she put her there) , then we see the most insane acting grandparents ever on TV acting like they they don't have the sense God gave a screwdriver handle.

It is America, and the protesters are on PUBLIC property, so that is their right. Would I do it ? NO........but they do have the right to do it and if GA does ANYTHING to them, he can be prosecuted.

That family is making a farce out of the DEATH of a child, snearing at LE and they wonder WHY people are furious? Give me a break........any normal person would understand that type of injustice and the need of some people to protest it.

George did not go after anyone with a hammer; nor did Cindy when she spoke to media awhile back. Lee took the hammer so that it would not be misconstrued as a weapon.
This "feeble elderly lady" hit George when he shoved her. This same "frail" lady is seen prior yelling profanity with a loud husky voice. He should not have laid hands on anyone. Especially since he should expect media, protestors, and bashers to use it for their purpose. If George is arrested, so should the protestors be. Disturbance of Peace and harrassment. stalking. loitering. also, when one instigates a fight and the other person participates -both are charged. If person A shoves or hits person B and person B hits back "in self-defense" they are still charged. I would like to see how LE handles this.

If the Anthonys did not want the publicity, they would go to a family member or a friend's house. (oh, I forgot, they don't seem to have anyone who wants them around......but... They were offered a "safe house" and they CHOSE to stay there.

Although George might be reacting in ways that we find ridiculous, if he is indeed "watching the kidnappers", it's because his daughter is feeding that nonsense to him and his psyche desperately wants to believe it. As far as I know, George isn't responsible for Caylee's disappearance and isn't under investigation. Therefore, I'm not going to criticize his every move. In the end, perhaps it'll come out that he knows more than he's letting on. But for now, he is guilty of nothing regarding that missing little girl, IMO.

I noted you did not bother to address the disturbance to the neighbours or the disrespect to those at the vigil. If these protestors are so bothered by this case and how it is being handled -they should be sharing their concerns at townhall meetings and with LE. Caylee does have a voice. How do I know this? Because so many of us are attached to this case. And it is not because of the protestors. A lot of us have empathised with this little girl we never knew from the first moment of hearing of her disappearance. They are not outside protesting a person that is of threat to their families. And if they think they are, then they should be home calling LE with their concerns.
