I have read several statements that RC was suppose to start parenting classes on 9 Feb (day of HC disappearance) - does anyone have knowledge (links, etc.) supporting this? Someone said he was charged with contempt for not doing so per a legal document????
I have spent hours trying to obtain info but no luck, just finding statements throughout past 1 1/2 yrs. TIA

My information says no he was not supposed to start parenting classes on the 9th. The only parenting class was ordered after Misty slapped BB at the DR office. It was ordered by DCF but never done.

Nope.

They have a hearing coming up regarding the divorce on July 20th.

Teresa has never had a "defense" attorney, per se.

The only attorney that we know of her having is Mark NeJame (and when referenced in articles with regard to this case, he is referred to as a "child advocate"). He was hired to help get HaLeigh's case back into the national spotlight - I think he was actually more representing "HaLeigh", moreso than Teresa. He wasn't on the case very long.

ETA:

Teresa Neves, Haleigh's paternal grandmother, said they asked NeJame for help because he has worked with Tim Miller of Texas Equusearch and because "we hear he's very good."

Neves told First Coast News they hope NeJame will help them get Haleigh's name back out in the media.

Wasn't there, in the beginning of this case, a fire that occurred on a Sheffield or Griffis property? An outbuilding of some sort? I don't think it was the one started by the dryer-another fire.

Phone calls with inmates are recorded in Florida County jails, or at least those awaiting sentencing. Is this also true for inmates at state prisons once they are convicted?

Does anyone remember LE stating that they had proof someone was in the home and Misty knew who it was? I'd like to revisit that statement if anyone has a link.

I don't know anything about the case, really, so maybe there's some special circumstances here, but I would say unless the undercover officer was pretending to be their attorney or priest he should be able to testify.

I wonder if that was Jr. bed on the floor instead of Haleigh's mattress? If it could be determined that was the case, it puts suspicions on Ron, GGM, TN & anyone else who knew & didn't step-up to the plate to say, "Haleigh's mattress is missing," if it was.

RC had custody of Haleigh and RJ when Haleigh was reported missing on Tuesday, February 10. Crystal had visition every other week-end. Does anyone know if Crystal had the kids on Saturday, February 7 and Sunday February 8? Thanks

I recall this being discussed way over a year ago and it is my understanding she did not have Haleigh and Jr. the weekend before Haleigh disappeared.JMHO
