whoever she was talking to didn't sound to anxious to bond her out. JMO

Bond amount was 250,000, don't think it changed, but I honestly haven't checked it in awhile..hope that helps.

It would be interesting to know who called who, and whether or not any other family members had their cell phones turned off for the same period of time that Misty did.

yes Dion, very early on Kristina ( Nay Nay) Prevatt told Art Harris that after investigators browsed through Misty's phone they found her # and questioned her about the dates and times of the calls between them. Greg Page also said as much about his phone records in regards to Misty.

Lyndsey Crolsin said that Chelsea told her when investigators went to Mass, and the 14 hours of questioning occurred of her and Timmy C, they were asked about phone records on and leading up to the night Haleigh went missing. It is reported there was a phone call to Timmy C by Misty right after she turned her phone back on at 3:15 on the night Haleigh went missing. This phone call was before she called 911 or Ronald pulled in at around 3:25. ( according to reports)

ETA...no word on if anyone else's phone was turned off. Sorry.

Hi there, yup docs are gone online. I downloaded a copy of the PDF report of the General Magistrate which is 11 pages and also contains an affidavit from Crystal's dad, J Sheffield. lol....thank you for the vote of confidence! I sure don't remember hearing about Misty specifically wearing squeaky shoes. BUT...now that I think of it, JR heard a bouncy couch and heard squeaky shoes...In my experience nothing squeaks more than a wet shoe.

I have a question concerning the Croslin residence on Magnolia-

The night Haleigh went missing-Hank was in the hospital,,, was Lisa staying at the hospital with him? Or was she staying with Timmy and Chelsea? I vaguely remember something about her not having transportation to get back and forth to the hospital.
Was the Magnolia house empty the night Haleigh dissappeared?

Is it possible, assuming the cooler found (allegedly it is a cooler/box or whatever) did not contain the remains of a child, that perhaps if it is indeed true that Haleigh was dumped in the river, that her remains may have floated way past the site where she was dumped? I mean no disrespect to anyone. This is a difficult subject and a very sad one. But if supposedly, the divers found physical evidence that corroborated the tipster's information to LE, then is it possible that even though she was dumped there the currents may have moved her remains?
