Would anybody else do this? A five year old insisting on a certain outfit that she had to wear that day. They had to drive, what was it, twenty minutes to get this outfit. When my daughter was five, she wasn't fussy at all, that came later in the teenage years. Doesn't ring true to me, IMO. Seems more likely that no one did the wash that weekend and they had to go get her some clean clothes.

Yep, that'd get old really quick at my house. I'm thinking it was the no clothes washed thing. Even then, I might have to borrow from cousins or something.

Yes, the urine can be tested, along with other biological bodily fluids that may be left behind in a crime scene to be tested. Forensics has come a long long way. Hope you drop into the jury room, it's a social atmosphere where many get to know each other more intimately. Enjoy, peace. KL

Whose accounting do we have concerning Misty's weekend from, I've heard it's nay nay and ambers, anyone elses? What is Misty's full account if any what she was doing the weekend away from ron and the children? Do we have any corroborating testimony from reliable sources as to the weekend?

I'm not clear on some facts, as I've just started back on this case since the first three weeks I was involved. Am I correct, if not, please teach me, we have an accounting of Misty's weekend from nay nay and amber? Do we have a full accounting from misty herself or anyone else that is reliable corroborating any of these testimonies to the facts?

I don't think Misty ever said anything much about the weekend to either confirm or deny, and I don't know what it would be worth if she did. I wouldn't like to admit to any of that publicly. If even half of what NN and WBG said was true I doubt we'll be getting any reliable witnesses for the activities because reliable witnesses didn't happen to hang with them at that party house. By NN's account their company seemed to be under the influence of various chemicals and have less than stellar reputation.

On the LDt and voice analysts, is she asked or does she mention her activities for that weekend?

Is it striking anyone else that there are a couple patterns reported of Ronald's behavior which are becoming a part of this case now? For instance:

1. Months now, we've had information from WBG, NayNay (and presumably Amber) which state that while Misty was away for her wild weekend, Ronald kept calling her.
2. Now we have information regarding the night Haleigh disappeared, and that information states that Ronald was calling Misty repeatedly.

1. Amber said Ronald was controlling and abusive.
2. Crystal said Ronald isolated her from her family.
3. Now we have information coming that Ronald has the assault charge on Misty's brother (who claims he was at the house that night because he feared Ronald was harming Misty....it's in his statement), and that most everyone in her family has or will be moving away.

1. There was a report of Ronald driving past people's houses (a poster here, and then Amber's grandmother).
2. Hank2's neighbor reported seeing Ronald driving past the night of Ratgate.
.....I guess those are both incidents after-the-disappearance.

Anyway.....patterns. Are there others?

JMO but I think that she, someone in her family or the attys would have denied the claims and threatened to sue for slander by now if it was made up and she hadn't been there partying with the people who said she was. But she never said anything afaik although she even took a LDT and a voice analysis test to clear her name so it shows she's concerned about what people think. Ron has been alleged to make comments referring to her extracurricular activities. I'll assume it's true until confirmed otherwise, at least in broad overview if not in details. The timing of the partying isn't clear to me. Friday afternoon/evening to Sunday early hours when she went to her brother's? What time she came back to the MH?

I think LE must have interviewed others beside the three that AH managed to catch because the story was that there were lots of other people there. So there may be corroboration from others that didn't want to go public with it.

It is very puzzling to me how people go from such a weekend and losing a child to marrying.

Well I raised 3 daughters and I tell you ... We had a lot of mornings when they became so upset over "outfits", They made themselves sick, and even missed days of school because they got so emotional. I know, it makes no sense but it is true.

Been trying to find the appropriate map for you....in the earlier threads there are a number of maps that relate to the RR tracks and the path that the tracking dogs took. The link below should show you the area. If I am remembering it all correctly Haleigh's bus stop was also near the RR tracks.

If this has been asked and answered forgive me, just can't face searching the whole site. We know Haliegh wore that locket, it is shown in many many pics. Then someone said they thought the clasp was broken. Question is, was the necklace found? That wouldn't be as dire as a breathing machine, but important to a little girl. TIA

No I cannot remember Misty stating that they went down to the lake in the days leading up to Haleigh's disappearance. If my memory serves me Ronald did mention something about taking the children fishing but I am not sure that there is definite confirmation that he did. There was a jon boat taken in by LE and returned during that time but I think it belonged to a friend of RC. I have no idea if any evidence at all was discovered on or in the boat, nothing by way of evidence obtained has ever been released concerning the boat, the brick, the door, the trailer or any person. I am holding on to the hope that there is something that LE got from those things. Until someone tells me otherwise I will cling to that hope!

I ask that question because it seems to me that if the dogs traced Haleigh's scent to the pond FIRST that she had to be there that day. Maybe it was the newest/freshest scent? They followed the trail of the bus route afterwards so I assume the dogs went with the newest scent before tracking her bus route. And if that is the case when did she have a chance to make it to the lake because Misty didn't mention going to the lake the day Haleigh went missing? Unless Haleigh was taken to the lake after her disappearance. So now my next question is this, did LE do a thorough search of the pond?

This is going on memory, so don't take it as absolute, but my understanding is that there were 2 machines, one at Ron's and one at Crystal's. The one at Crystal's has been accounted for. Will look and see if I can find links for you, but that's what I remember.
