Q & A ~ Ask a question, leave an answer. NO DISCUSSIONS

JI told Megan Kelly FXN that LE accused him of doing something to the baby during the 2hrs he was home. Not sure if this was a reference to his lunch time or not.

I originally thought he meant the two hours before he went to work. Like from 3:30 to 5:30 pm. But that would mean that the neighbor never confirmed seeing the baby that evening.

So maybe he was referring to his lunch break. But since when does someone get a 2 hr lunch break?

what type of autos do the parents own?
what type of auto does the brother own?

Dad is an electrician so he works at different job sites. The night in question he was working at a new Starbucks being built only 5 or 10 minutes away from his home. And there is reportedly surveillance videos showing him at work throughout the evening.

.

..do you recall where we heard the "new" Starbucks "5 or 10 minutes away"? ( i have no link ) but i was positive we heard it was a Starbucks reno that he was working on also.

1. Where is that Dad works again?
2. Is it possible for the parents of Baby Lisa to not allow children to be questioned by LE? Is there a way for them to deny consent since they are minors, or would the children be pressed to answer questions regardless of age?

..according to this site----in some states yes you can question minors without parental consent (like ohio) and in some you cannot--(missouri).

Can police question a minor child without a parent present? Answered by Lawyer Lacy Fields in Clayton, MO on August 17, 2011

Nope. They cannot question without the consent of a parent or guardian. Practically speaking, this only means that any incriminating statements he made can be thrown out in a "Motion to Suppress Statements".

Can police question a minor child without a parent present? 1 answer by Canton, OH Lawyer since August 11, 2011

Unfortunately, they can and often do interview children without their parents permission or knowledge. Often times they will go to the child's school and pull the child from class.

I know that this night shift was dad's first night out, had he been unemployed? What were his normal shift schedule? Any idea of what time he really got home?

Do we know the last time someone saw Lisa that was not JI or DB from a source other than JI or DB? This timeline could be much longer than we currently know.

IIRC, in one of the interviews, he stated he normally got home at 5:00 PM

We do not know if he was unemployed.
We do not know his actual work schedule.
We only the the time that JI stated he got home.

Nope, we do not know who last saw Baby Lisa outside of her parents and perhaps her siblings.

I am not sure where the link is to the 5 or 10 minutes away. I think I heard that, perhaps ,when DI said that JI left for work at 5:20. Some said it was for a 5:30 time shift. I did not mean to say new, but meant a remodel.

I think a local has posted that there is a Starbucks very close by that is being remodeled now though. [ In Da Middle--is that right? ]

But here is a link for him working at a Starbucks remodel.

Nope. Wasn't me. I have no idea where it is. Never heard.

Do we know what DB was wearing the morning they reported Lisa missing? Night clothes, or street clothes?

There weren't baby monitors when DH and I were young parents, and I'm sure they've changed/improved since first introduced. Are any of these devices sophisticated enough to record/store what is being heard?

Do we know why, in the photos taken in Lisa's room, the window was covered with what appears to be garbage bags and duct tape?
