I agree with everything you've written here. I'm still not convinced he's the man but I have a feeling the LE would HAVE to have something to be arresting him. Just like you said, there's NO WAY they're making this circus just to make news. I mean you would think they've HAD to cross their t's and dotted their i's if you know what I mean. I think there HAs to be something we simply don't know about and neither does the media. Something's very wrong with this whole arrest if it was made because there were similarities. You know what I mean?

I know exactly what you mean. If this is all premature grand standing then IMO they will never solve this case.
All we have to go by at this point is media reports and we all know how innacurate and misleading those can be.
I cannot figure out why they would need to rush to arrest him if he has been Living in Thialand and was ready to start a job there?
Seems they could have taken their time if they did not have enough evidence against him. He did not appear to be going anywhere.

I am very curious as to how he can afford all this travel?

My best guess is that information from the e-mails that he sent proved that he was at the very minimum, a completely maniacal pedophile. I believe that finding him was imperative once they realized his fondness for children and noted his bizarre thought process. I worry that, like Joseph Duncan, there might be more to this guy than meets the eye. Hopefully he lived out his sick fantasies by researching on the Internet rather than doing things in real life, and that he hasn't left a trail of shattered lives behind him. I thank God that they arrested him when they did, seeing that he was working with children yet again.

just because we think they are innocent doesnt mean we havent looked at all sides-it means we have looked at all sides and decided they are not guilty and that includes a grand jury and a judge etc.
please think about what u are saying-it could be the same for the guilties..to us we cant believe they are looking at the guilty version of the events alone.
But some and many people who think they are guilty arrived there after examining lots of info-they just rule on it in the guilty category..
Both sides can have looked at all the facts and arrived at 2 differnt conclusions..I mean investigators are doing the same.
its what free thinking permits or results in.

You can think what you want. I can think what I want. But in the end, neither of us really knows what happend. We can talk about things and examine things until the cows come home...and we still may be wrong.

I don't know who did what, but I can't give the R's a pass. Too many things that can't be explained. Now if this guy is guilty, then that's that. I just can't say for certain that they are guility or not, and I do not know how anyone else can. It's all speculation.

I gotta balk on that one! The Grand Jury admitted that they didn't decide they were not guilty on the evidence, but on their own naive belief that "no parent could do this." You don't have to take my word for it! It's in the statement! As for the judge, everyone knows that that she was NOT ruling on the actual police evidence, but on the evidence (later proven in part to be wrong) presented by the Ramsey Team and the evidence that the other side presented (DIDN'T present would be more accurate!) So, I can't buy that one.
