they're technically not royals anymore, though, so maybe they have to come another way?
BBC were surprised they didn't come with William.

A BBC spokesperson is now saying that once the family arrive from the airport (in about an hour) they will go into a briefing, then there will be an announcement. The announcement could be that the queen is delegating some powers ... or worse.

The spokesperson is also saying that the Palace has not asked the media to "dial it down" so they know things are very serious.

This is exactly what she has done all her life. She has given her heart and devotion.

Harry will always be a Royal, just not a senior working one.

How convenient that H&M were in London for another event, which has been cancelled, now making their way to Balmoral. Personally I think she has passed and the world just doesn't know it yet. Under "medical supervision" may mean Doctors are by her side. All jmo
