Queen Elizabeth II writes to US toddler who dressed up as her for Halloween

Queen Elizabeth II's smallest fan has received a special message from the monarch herself.

Jalayne Sutherland, from the US state of Ohio, dressed up as the Queen for Halloween, complete with the family's two corgis.

The toddler's outfit was a big hit with trick-or-treaters, as well as on Facebook, where her mother shared photos of the day.
