Question about Grand Jury

I was watching a special about this case, and it indicated that the grand jury was prepared to indict the ramseys for the murder, but alex hunter decided against it, any truth to this?

Jay, it's no secret Hunter didn't want a Grand Jury, he didn't really know how to use it, but what actually happened was, the Grand Jury saw the autopsy photos and DECIDED, in the face of the FBI evidence, that "no parent could do this." That strikes me as naive in the extreme.

Ron Walker, an FBI agent who was at the house that morning, said flat-out, absolutely a parent could do this.
