Rules Question regarding "You Do not Have Permission to View this Page"

If I receive an error for a thread I am trying to access, reading " Oops! We ran into some problems. You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action."

Does this mean my account is too new, the thread is privated, or the thread is deleted? I could link the thread if that is allowed for the purposes of checking. Thank you.

Glad you've resolved it! FYI for the next person to wonder . . .

OOPS! pages are generally returned when you try to look at a thread that has been removed/pulled. Threads are usually pulled if they've been resolved, like a missing person who was not actually missing but taking some time for themselves, or a minor who has been found who doesn't need their Websleuths thread following them into their adulthood.
