I have a friend that has tried to register here at WS. She has never been a member here. She says when she tries to register, it will say her Email is banned. She said she tried 3 different emails. I'm confused by what she said.

You cannot use free e-mail accounts. That may be the problem

It has to be the e-mail tied to her ISP.
