I've been reading but can't find info on this:

Cindy said that Casey was leaving to bond with Caylee. Did Casey tell her where she was going? When she was coming back?

Why couldn't Casey reach them on the 16 and 18 of june when she made all those calls within minutes?

Did they notice that Casey had been there on the 18, when she borrowed the shovel for one hour and had backed up her car to the garage according to the neighbord?

Was Casey there again between the 18th and the 24th of june when George reported the gaz can missing? Or did she take them on the 18?

I think that she borrowed the shovel to break the lock on the shed and nothing more. I saw a video on Greta's on the record site by Mark Fhurman that the shovel was borrowed for only one hour.

Do we know if she left with her car before returning the shovel? Petite as she is, I don't think she would have had time to leave, dig a hole, hide Caylee's body in it and return within one hour. Which tells me she just broke the lock with it.

Isn't weird that George would take 6 days to realise the shed had been broken into? Having a pool, isn't it where you would store the stuff to care for the pool? Doesn't it need chlorine regularly?

Also, did anyone notice in one of the 911 calls, made on July 15th, Cindy Anthony said: "I told you my daughter has been missing for a month and I just found her today. But I can't find my granddaughter." Now, I saw an interview on Greta's site where Cindy said she had a feeling Casey was the one who had taken the gaz cans and spoke to Casey about it (I think it's on the 23rd or 24th of june)and she admitted
taking them. Casey didn't want her father to know, so Cindy told her she would talk to George for her but George made the police report before she could speak to him. Anyway, why would Cindy say her daughter has been missing for a month when we know she at least spoke to her? (If she didn't see her....):waitasec:

Also, if she had her parent's credit cards and bought for $40,000 in a month, why would she take the gaz for her car instead of just charging it at a gaz station? Do we know if Casey had anything to show for the $40,000?

Finally, let's say Caylee dead body was put in the car on the 18th and that Casey disposed of the body within 24 hours, the decomposition of the body would not have created the terrible smell that was discribed to be in the car, would it? Would body fluids left continue decomposing to create the smell if not cleaned? Does it mean that the body was smelling bad when it was put in the car? Or, Caylee's little body itself was left there long enough to decompose and leave the odor?



I think it doesn't look good for finding Caylee alive, but I sure pray I'm wrong.

I get the feeling that there is a romantic relationship going on between the two. Casey is extremely manipulative and very able to bring men in. If Baez was my husband, he would not be spending 4 hours, until late in the wee hours of the night, with a female with Casey's sexual history. I was scratching my head the other night when I heard this on NG that he was spending all this time with her....Again, this is just my impression and gut feeling that something is going on.
Anyone else get this feeling?

I'm not sure I would say they have a romantic relationship, but I also felt the way he spoke about Casey last night sounded more like the way someone with a personal relationship would sound and not as professional as a lawyer would sound.(I hope I made sense with that.)

Exactly! I think this case is going to get even more complicated than it already is. So unfortunate for poor Caylee :-(

Also in response to one of the questions above... Casey only blew $4000 of her mothers credit card, but I have heard from a source close to the family that she was stealing from Cindy's parents as well in the form of checks.

Well there was a contradiction, Caylee is kidnapped and her life is in danger, but then goes on the news and says that the kidnappers are being watched. If you know Caylee is in danger with these kidnappers, why say they are being watched giving them reason to harm Caylee. Does that many any sense?

Not to me. That is something that has bugged me. So much from the Grands makes no sense.

I read somewhere, or heard on tv, that Caylee had fallen out of the window at Tony's apartment. (I think it was on tv.) Please don't take it as fact since I haven't validated it.
I'm wondering if there is information on this somewhere, like when it happened, and why.
Also, LE has information in the documents that AL had his truck towed from his apartment to an auto repair shop on June 9. Later that day he paid the bill with his father's help, and then took his truck. 1. I'm wondering what type of repair was done. 2. I'm wondering what, if anything, it has to do with the case.
3. I'm wondering why Casey and George originally stated June 9 as being the last time they saw Caylee, and why Cindy originally claimed June 7. Casey also stated "31 days." That's kind of an odd thing to say, for her. It seems to me the kind of thing that someone would say when they knew exactly when their child went missing. Like they were counting the days. Why not just say "about a month?" That date is Father's Day, June 16. Which is a direct conflict with her father's other date he said he last saw her; Monday, the next day around 1 pm; he said Caylee and Casey left the house right before he went to work.
4. The chloroform. My veterinarian gave me a small bottle some years ago. George being LE, and Cindy being an RN - both of them should have know exactly what that smell was when they first picked up the car. They have a dog, so they probably have a vet........

I don't believe the whole window ordeal. Can't tell if Leonard is telling the truth half the time or not.

I think it was weird that they all original said the 9th as well. They weren't going to say any different until the police was contacted with the new information from the nursing home. Sounds to me like it was planned out before the police arrived. Not everyone of them would've seen her that day especially Lee if she doesn't live there.

I'd say they both could get their hands on chloroform pretty easily. Could it be that the gas cans were filled with chloroform instead of gas? Why would she need to steal gas when she is already stealing money that could be used for gas. If Chloroform was found inside those gas cans this would explain a lot.............It would be a large amount though

I think leonard just throws a bunch of therois out to see if any of them will stick, trust me if LE really thought she had fallen of TL balcony they would have already been doing Luminol testing on the pavenment and would have went through his Apt with a fine tooth comb (which they may have already done).

I couldn't find a thread for "Questions" and I sincerely apologize if any of these have been asked and answered before... I have been following most of the threads since they started and hope that I don't frustrate anyone with my questions....

1.) Do we know for a fact that the hair with the banding belongs to Caylee? Is it possible that Caylee's hair was in the trunk along with the hair from a different corpse? (I know unlikely - I just wanted clarification as to whether or not LE had in fact stated that it was her decomposed hair.
2.) Could Casey have buried & dug up evidence in her parent's yard from the murder of corpse (perhaps clothes, etc. and not the corpse itself)? Might the dogs might have smelled that in the yard and in the trunk?
3.) If the argument on June 15th was soooo bad and her parents were going to throw her out then why didn't she leave that very night? IMO - most people would especially impetuous individuals.
4.) Didn't Kiomarie correct herself to say that a "C.Williams" called her about money instead of Casey A.? Didn't Kio's husband refuse to release their phone records? (I have a theory about this on another thread) The name "William" and "Williams" appears alot lately...
5.) What ordinary person would know how to obtain funds from a checking account using the routing numbers and successfully forge checks unless you are experienced with it???? (again - this speaks to a "theory" I have)

1.) The dead hair belonged to either Caysee or Caylee. Caysee is still among the living.
