How involved in Kyron's life were members of the extended family? Were any of them planning to visit the school to see Kyron's science project? If he was to perform in the talent show, would Kyron have wanted grandparents or other relatives to see it?

ETA: I suspect that it's part of the investigation and probably can't be answered at this time, but I want to know the whereabouts of Terri's older son on the day that Kyron disappeared. If he wasn't at the scout camp with his father, where was he?

3. Desiree, at times when Kyron was sick or injured, did Terri seem to exaggerate the seriousness of his condition? Did you ever feel that she was overplaying her role as the nursing parent?

4. Desiree, did Terri ever use sickness or injury as an excuse to deny you a visit with Kyron?

5. At any time in the past, did Terri lie to either of you in regard to Kyron's health?

6. Kaine, did Terri know, or have reason to expect, that you would be home from work around 2:00 p.m. that day?

Has her relatives in California,her friend in Virginia or any out of state acquaintances been brought in for questioning where they live?

Why didn't you attend the science fair at school? Since this was a school event where parents could attend and you knew about the event, why didn't you go? The event was held on a Friday.

If you didn't know about a school talent show held at the school the same day, why didn't you know about it? Did Kyron ever mention a talent show to you? Did Terri know about it and withhold that information from you?

Question for Desiree - When did you find out about Terri's 2005 DUI and child endangerment charge for her older child? Why didn't you seek to change your custody arrangement with Kaine when you did find out since Terri was looking after your son and she and Kaine were not married then.

Question for Desiree (asked of her alone) -- Were you aware of Terri having post partum depression after the birth of her daughter? When did you find out? Who told you? If you knew about Terri's PPD, did you think about seeking custody of Kyron?

I mean they do have this little boy in common who they all love so much, so even though KH & DY's relationship ended a long time ago, I hope they are able to give each other some comfort along the way.
