I spent the better part of yesterday trying to locate the comments, rewatched the available bond hearing testimonies (testimony only) googled transcripts & haven't been able to locate anything. I didn't watch all of the Youtube vids because they appeared to be mostly reporting about about the hearing, I could be wrong though.

I believe the unfavorable comments were in the order to be evaluated, not on the results, which I do not believe have been released. Isn't this where "the truth and Miss Anthony are strangers" statement came from?

This was about the evaluation results which, as you say, have not been released. I'm almost positive I heard or read it and since Chico did too, I'm even more certain. I didn't hear it in chat, I've never been in chat. I recall the judge made some comment much like what Chico recalls, about the results being indescribable. Because of that, it surprised me later when Casey piped up so proudly about how normal she is.

I wish I could give you a link but I simply don't remember where it came from. It wasn't on another board - I don't 'do' other boards. It wasn't from a poster here. I think it was a news article but I sure can't find it now. Maybe it was a mistake and the article was rewritten....in which case, I'd suspect WFTV.

I went back to look too. Couldn't find it easily but I'll keep looking. Something like "the psych evaluation is just indescribable"

Here's a link to an article where Strickland calls the case "absolutely bizarre" but that's as close as it gets.

Casey saying that tickled my funny bone. I assumed they told her the results showed that she was not psychotic, and that she took that to mean 'normal'. God knows I would rather be psychotic than sociopathic, which I've no doubt the evaluation showed clearly. lol.

I also remember a quote by the judge using 'indescribable' or some similar word (similar in 'sound', not meaning. maybe 'incredible'?), but not that it was about the psych eval. I'm thinking it was about her LE interrogations, referring to the number and extent of her lies.

I'll also keep an eye out for it and post if I find it.

Speaking of the judge, if anyone comes across a video of the first court appearance, where Casey kept vigorously nodding her head to everything the judge said, I'm interested in watching it again. That head nodding really stands out in the video because she's vigorously agreeing to the judge saying basically that she's a consummate liar, doesn't give a flying leap about her baby, and other things that you wouldn't expect someone to agree with let alone so vigorously. She also keeps a 'cutesy innocent' look on her face while doing this maniacal nodding. I wanted to look again at her body language/facial expressions. TIA.

Subscriptions are the updates from your friends that you can "subscribe" to on MySpace in order to receive notices as they update their page or status message. What you saw could have been Lee's MySpace display name at the time, they can be changed whenever the mood strikes you. The actual URL of the MySpace profile however cannot be changed once selected and set. The 3 names could also be Lee and two other friends she was subscribing too that chose those names at the time.

Quick question for everyone. Have there been any new document releases? Is it possible there were but the media was too frenzied with the body discovery to check? I think the media is the quickest way for us to see the docs but I don't know if they have a standing "Sunshine Law" letter with the SA office or if they do requests as they hear about docs.

I betcha there are docs released that media hasn't found out about yet. It's been too long since we have seen anything new. Did Baez ever pick up those tips that were waiting for him for 2 weeks? I bet he did when the body was found! If he did, they should have been released.

I thought we heard about upcoming release the morning that the body was found - then nothing...

Just out of curiosity, I'm not going anywhere with this line of thought but...How common is it for the court to seal a psych eval? Once sealed are they ever unsealed? What are the various reasons that a psych eval is sealed and is there one reason that stands out more than others? TIA for answering my questions.

No new doc releases yet - I *think* around Jan 6 though - JB put in a motion last week?? and there were emails back and forth with the prosecutors. After the new year.

I would guess that since it was the court which ordered the evaluation of Casey and not her defense team, that unless and until it may become a matter of the court again to utilize the information in a trial, they remain sealed. With the Sunshine Law as it is in FL, it was a smart move.
