You know what else??? KC might have a better chance if JB wasn't on the dream team---but last time I heard he still is. Maybe tomorrow will bring us news that he is gone. At this late date there ain't any hope left------2 little 2 late---no lawyer can help her walk.

She told NO ONE that Caylee was missing. She had no unaccounted for communication in all of her emails/txt's/phone calls with an unknown entity. No one had a reason for doing this but KC. She had a life that she wanted and Caylee was not part of it. She had no job and her mom was ready for her to be on her own with Caylee. She had a guy that she liked that didn't want a kid (girl). she began living the life she wanted the minute she snuffed out Caylee's life. Simple as that!

BBM: Circumstantial since they can not prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that KC was the ONLY person with access to the car/trunk. Family members, friends, & potentially lovers all could have accessed the trunk of that car. It IS possible.

KC was the only one, by her own admission, to have access to her daughter. She cannot prove the Nanny story. Caylee seen at 1pm with KC by her father, no Cayless by 7pm when KC is seen by AL. No job, no nanny but lots of cell phone pings to pin-point where she really was. Plus all the witnesses who have given statements to the effect that she was seen driving her own car and statements CA has given to police that put KC in her own car. Stolen gas cans. If she does not take the stand she is stuck with the statement she gave police, I would imagine. There are so many holes in her statement that she has no credibility whatsoever.

For the life of me I can not understand why everyone thinks KCs reaction the the "found body" news is sooo damning? Either way, it is still a valid reaction.
She COULD be the mother of an abducted child who was killed right away and is hearing that there has been a body ,possibly, her child's body found ridiculously close to her home. I'd ask for a Xanax too! Why does everyone beleive that just because she was upset, it's becuase she's "been caught". It could have just been "Oh, NO! The've killed her!"

As I recall, it's the defense that claims it's damning and is opposed to its release - so evidently, her reaction would be detrimental to her defense. I'm sure the prosecution wouldn't be opposed to its release.

That speaks volumes as to what's on the video.

JB is the one who found it so damning that the public could not view it. The judge agreed.

I really thought the video was much ado about nothing until the JUDGE stated in his reply to JB's motion that the tape was "HIGHLY INFLAMMATORY "and would bias the jury pool towards Ms.Anthony's guilt [I'm paraphrasing].
If it was "They've killed her" I think JB would have been happy for the world to hear that.

Maybe it is because the one who made the decision that the public should not view it was the Judge and I believe he is the one that said the tape was too inflamatory. And, of course there is the fact that when there was a report that small bones were found in the JBPark KC had no reaction. Since she told her brother the abduction REALLY happened at JBPark you would think that would have gotten some type of a reaction.....nothing, nothing, just returned to her cell with no reaction whatsoever. That leaves people to believe that only the killer would know for sure the body was that of Caylee.

There has been a lot of information compiled on this website by many professionals and non-professionals who have been very diligent about getting their facts right. There are others who just like to speculate. If you have followed the case from the beginning there would be little doubt in your mind that anyone other than KC was involved in the disappearance and death of her daughter. JMO

What if the people who had taken Caylee or people who knew the people who took Caylee hung out in bars/nightclubs. Would you then go in search of the ADULTS responsible at the clubs? Try to gleen some info through the grapevine, as it were.

What if you really believed the kidnapping took place? What if they told you to act normally or they will kill Caylee, go about your normal life, ect. Many people have been told this by kidnappers, the real kind. Don't contact LE, Don't act untoward to anyone, if others ask questions tell them "...." ect.

What ifs aren't gonna git KC off. She is cooked.

You have to have something to back it up with or the doubt is not reasonable. A neighbor? Where is there any evidence a neighbor killed Caylee? Any suggestion a neighbor killed Caylee?
It's reasonable that other people had access to the Anthony's trash bags,but you have to overcome all the other evidence.Each piece may be picked at,but as a whole they paint a picture of KC killing Caylee.
You may convince one or two jury members of doubt over just one item,but you will not be able to convince 12 people that KC didn't do it,or even that there is reasonable doubt.There may be a hung jury [though I doubt it],but eventually there will be a trial where she will be convicted.
