We have no information that the residence on Magnolia was searched or was even searched during the SJ river search....
The ONLY vehicle checked and processed to my knowledge was that van with the scratch on it..And maybe that red truck of Tommy's that Tim Miller states he told LE about..
LE has never mentioned searching any of the Cummings/Neves/Sykes residences or their cars..

Well, isn't that special?:banghead:
If Shell Harbor was the disposal site, you can bet your bippy the crime must have happened on Magnolia. If mom and dad were not home, then misty would go there to get away from ronald. JO would more likely visit her there then on Green...come think of it, so would WBG.
Green Lane makes no sense if Shell Harbor was a disposal site. Too much backtracking. Haleigh is close to the crime scene...wherever that it.
Exactly! This entire investigation has the appearance of being solely focused on the Croslins. People, who were reportedly at the MH that evening who were dismissed were Ron, Annette Sykes and other person (still in the air on who that person really is) supposedly a relative of Ron who is also reported to be a nurse, and IMO Teresa Neves was there. There is definitely more than the one red truck owned by Tommy and other vehicles which should have been processed. It just irritates me that the only one who has been given a deal did not get their vehicles nor their kin's vehicles processed and valuable evidence may have been lost. Just venting.
We have been mislead by LE and the suspects from the first day...else this wouldn't be so complicated. ron's altima sat there and I don't think left the MH. It appears there was no evidence of a crime in the MH. Never heard about ron's other white truck. Never heard about TN's lies about work and addy.
It appears they are/were never interested in ron cummings as a suspect. Many have said they were not interested in anyone's talk about rc...I have no idea why but it seems they ruled him out from the beginning. What bugs me is the fact I have no idea why they wouldn't have announced their disinterest and cleared him ASAP. They could have said he passed his LDT and has been truthful.
They have been waiting on misty for the answer the entire time. This case should have been solved. It tells me they have no crime scene....this makes JO likely to be their focus. However, they missed the boat if they didn't get his clothes and bedding from Chelsea's the very next morning.
They managed to get to the A/C man immediately but it appears they were never lead to Timmy's house to get JO....why?
If ron really called misty on Magnolia, you can bet he made a personal visit to get her also. This is probably where the gun and arguement happened...and may have continued on to Green. I remember Hardy saying JO did visit that day. I will have to go look up that interview..did he say the MH on Green?, I think he did.
AH revealed he called Tommy at Tommy's parent's residence. AH also stated the call was not in regards to Ronald wanting to know where Misty was....JMHO
Art Harris confuses me, as usual. From what I understood, Ron admitted to calling Tommy, wanting to know if Misty was with him, but did NOT ask him to go look for her or to check on her. Has Ron changed his story? Art should've given the reason for the call instead of the reason NOT for the call. Geesh... IDK, but after all of the calls & texts to Misty & her supposedly turning her phone off, what reason besides Misty, would he have to call? But if Ron's being truthful, & can back it up, I guess that call is what LE is focusing on. Because why would Tommy lie about the reason? to give himself a reason for going to the trailer? But why? Was he even at the trailer? In his Joe story, he was there for a big chunk of time, but that version is almost totally unbelievable. So, is LE back to Tommy going to the trailer alone? kinda looks like it, but where was Misty? & why has Ron distanced himself from that call? Because if I'm not mistaken, when Tommy was in jail, & this story 1st broke, Ron through his attorney, denied asking Tommy to go to the trailer. What's so important about the why, that Ron felt he needed to use his attorney, to set the record straight? Did he want to erase his part in sending Tommy to an unsupervised Haleigh? was Haleigh already gone, so he got Tommy to clean out the guns, drugs, etc...? But considering that Ron is 'working on the timeline', that call is super important.Oh really, maybe ron was calling his BFF to discuss their next golf tee time?
Yep, looks like the only thing LE touched of the Cummings is the weapon that Ron retrieved and cleaned prior to handing it over to them. :waitasec: It sure was nice of Ron to clean all that nasty mud off of the pistol before handing it over.
Lets not forget that LE took Ron and Misty's clothing that they had on when they reported Haleigh missing that morning as well. If I am not mistaken they also took Joe's. If there was any handling of a body there would be fluids/decomp/other on the clothing. Just a thought. LE has never said what was found on their clothing and neither have said they got the clothing back that I am aware of.
IMO, the only reason they took the van was because that was part of the script/cover up mode to throw Joe under the bus if needed. Ron never went after Joe even while Misty and the Croslins were pointing the finger at him. IMO, the reason Ron did nothing was because he knew that Joe was not the one that killed/stole Haleigh.
It is very aggravating to sit here and think that LE didn't check Ron's car or TN's, GGMS cars/trucks. I also don't see why they wouldn't search the Magnolia address when it was said that Haleigh was seen within the area 1 1/2 hrs prior to the 911 call from how I understood it. You would think that LE would want to check Misty's parents house knowing that they were not home and they feeling Misty was the key should of been more reason. Heck, she went to stay at her parents MH instead of staying at the camp site with Ron. That never sat well with me either. I some times feel like some of the LE were investigating this case with blinders on. :cow:
Sorry if I missed the answer to this, but is the Magnolia address Tommy's house?Calling the Magnolia address is news to me. When did Shoemaker say this? Very Interesting..thank you.
IMHO.. IF the incident occurred in the afternoon not too long after Haleigh got off the school bus, Ron, Misty and everyone involved would have had ample opportunity to discard the clothes they were originally wearing when the incident occurred, and put on different clothes by the time that 911 call was made....JMHO
Sorry if I missed the answer to this, but is the Magnolia address Tommy's house?
If it is, remember way back, around the time cell phone records were being looked at and Ron's attorney stated that, yes, there was a call from Ron to Tommy the night of Feb. 9, 2010 (around 9:00pm, I believe)? The attorney said that Ron called Tommy LOOKING FOR MISTY, but denied Tommy's claims and statements to the police that Ron had asked him to please go to his Green St. address and check on Misty (and the children, you'd think, though strangely, the children's well-being was left out of it in Ron's version).
That whole thing really baffled me. What worried, concerned father, who couldn't reach his young children's babysitter would go so far as to call the babysitter's brother looking for HER but DENY that he asked the brother to check on the babysitter and, more importantly, his own two young children?
It must be, that in that tale lies something important since it makes no sense, and therefore, is probably a lie.
