Did anyone else ever notice that JR always seems to have extra spit forming at his lips when he is speaking.
It appears that he also suffers from a dry-mouthed condition which causes him to have to continually lick his lips when speaking.

There seems to be with some significant degree of certainty that the DNA is from a white male. I would guess that the subject of "condoms" could have been very important back in December of 1996.
