Child is illegal. BD and SA are probably hiding up somewhere to spend their last few moments together before one or both are hauled off to the pokey.

Their hiding out together to make sure they get their storys striaght, imho

BD wants to talk to the investigators so she can learn if they have any hard evidence against her. My guess she wants to know if her FINGERPRINT was on any of the material.

From LE's recent statement saying to BD "We will talk soon" I took it as, BD we will talk soon yep soon as we arrest you and that day is coming.

Other than that, I won't say a word cause I don't want to get banned.

I think Shawn AND Billie should be arrested for the . The memory stick was found in HER dresser drawer in HER home. This reminds me of the various drug users and dealers who say, "It is not mine." when stopped by LE and drugs are found in the vehicle. She can say it wasn't hers all she wants to and the fact remains that it was found in her home which legally means it was in her possession. I do not think she can even prove it wasn't hers.

Shawn should be arrested because there was the child and the beastiality (sp?) on a computer he used. SOMEONE had to sign onto that computer and download that sickening mess. I believe that the computer forensics will show that person to have been Shawn.

I say arrest them both! Is Shawn going to attempt to throw his own mother under the bus and say it was hers because the computer was in her house? He might try it, but I still think that the computer forensics will show HE was the one signed onto the computer when the was downloaded.

I am so frustrated I could literally scream! Someone had mentioned they hoped Mark K. had not aligned himself with Billie and later would have to acknowledge he was wrong about her. Now that has happened, IMO. Thank goodness he has changed his mind about Bille now as he has now spoken out on NG about Billie being street smart and also that she should now be ashamed of herself for not being forthcoming with LE about the .

WHERE is Hailey, Billie and Shawn???? My heart is just broken that this wholesome little girl had to live with and be let down by these two 'adults' in her home.

I think they likely invited her in for another round of interrogation, and probably a poly to top it off.

I wonder, actually, if that's why she only calls them "every now and then" - if they've told her that any conversations can and will be used against her in a court of law kinda thing.

All of these odd-and-seemingly-not-heavily-concerned attitudes towards the finding of child and such makes me wish that this was just a case of this baby girl running away to find a safe environment away from the hell that was her life. I wouldn't blame her if she did...

They say they are taking it to a GJ, so hopefully we will see some arrests soon. I don't think either of them are going to aid Le in finding Hailey, even by accident anyway.

If Billie's fingerprints are on it, that may be why she acknowledged that it is Shawn's. She'll still say she only moved it in order to get to to her socks and panties...

Heres my ? if SA and BD knew that card was in the dresser drawer why didn't they get rid of it before the cops came to their home the first time. If SA harmed her (and I think he did) he didn't do a very good house keeping job. He was also at his moms the day he left work he could have gotten rid of her computer also.

I think there is a very good chance there will be a thumb print found on the memory stick. To insert the memory stick into the USB port, your thumb print should be on the top of it. There also may be other prints recovered from the back of it.

There WILL be arrest(s) on the child , IMO. If there isn't, then there may be a public upraising over it, and should be.

This is all so disgusting.

Remember when BD was giving interviews and kept saying those strange things like "she is not in my home" "she's not in my house"? We all thought she was trying to get the focus off SA? Now I'm thinking she actually did not want the focus on her house!

But if they read all of those true crime stories they would know that computers, memory cards, cell phones, all electronics are the first things taken and the family are the 1st people looked at. I just don't get that part.:banghead:

I don't think shawn could have just gotten rid of his moms computer. She would have wanted to know WHY on Monday,[ and this was before H was even missing, ] he would just trash her computer. That would be hard to explain imo.

Also, I don't think that he believed they were going to take his mothers computer. He probably 'erased' his collection, just in case. But I don't think he thought it through. They found everything any way. I wonder if that memory file was just his faves that he couldn't part with. I hope so, cuz it would serve him right.

I think he did clean a lot of stuff out of the Chestnut St house--drugs, his masks, knives, weapons, other , whatever---but he left two major things that would implicate Billie. The trucrime material that SHE printed up, and the memory stick in her dresser.

I think he may have done that just to keep her from trying to throw him under the bus.
