I was watching the video of BD... and a couple of family members came up behind me and listened for a bit.

The last video they saw me watch before this, was Desiree's Roseburg press conference about Terri.

My family watched Billie's interview and said "Wow, she is like Terri Horman. I feel sorry for her when Hailey's mother gets ahold of her."


I have thought of the contrast between Billie and Desiree.

But that is when it really hit me like a ton of bricks.

Hailey does not have a mother to fight for her.


Though, I still wouldn't be surprised to see a Desiree type campaign against Billie in the future.... I think it would come from Naomi.

Can you imagine how infuriating it has to be for her, to watch Billie? If WE are all wanting to wring her neck... how do you think Naomi feels?

Watching the man she loves be devastated, helping him, knowing her son misses his big sister, knowing Hailey is missing out on her baby sister.... while Billie just chills there on her couch? While Naomi cares enough to do this and Billie does not?

I'm sure they weren't best friends to begin with... this has to be very difficult for Naomi and I wouldn't be surprised if we see her putting pressure on Billie later.

That is both amazing that Naomi cares enough.... and horribly heartbreaking that Billie does not.

I watched it and downed an entire glass of wine in one swallow!! This woman has a HUGE problem! She's gonna get everything cleared up - ahhhhh, it's going to be cleared up all right, WITH AN ARREST WARRANT!!! And if not, I will have NO confidence whatsoever in the law enforcement agencies there. Why this idiotic woman and her psycho boyfriend isn't already in jail is beyond me!!!

Completely share your disgust less0305. Purveyors of child are vile human beings, imo. But, I think LE is on the right track in this case, despite what Billie would like us to think. I don't believe that the Rangers and FBI haven't been very involved since the early days, even though the official statement was that they were on call (strategic wording, imo). The guilty parties need to be behind bars, but they need to stay there and Hailey needs to be found. I think the DA and LE want a big all encompassing conviction to include Hailey, drugs, ... Unless they think one or more of the parties responsible for Hailey's disappearance will crack if facing unrelated charges, I think LE will wait a while until they feel they can put those responsible away for good (and hopefully find Hailey or get a confession as to her whereabouts in the process). MOO.

P.s. No one seems to be cracking yet, so those serious unrelated charges might be very soon, imo...

OT-Just watching a Forensic Files, a couple of good old boys drinking together, decide to get high on crack cocaine, break into a nearby house and end up taking the little girl and raping and killing her....(the little girl fought and pulled hair and got DNA, bless her heart).

I couldn't help thinking of SA and maybe a buddy, if they toked up together...I don't know his drug(s) of choice, but some of the stuff makes violence and murder sound like a pretty good time...

I think CD knows alot about BD. Remember he was with her quite a while and BD didn't just wake up one day after the separation from CD and like to watch and do drugs he knows how she is. I believe he loves his kids and thought he was a good dad and I am sure in alot of ways he was. But he liked to partake a little himself and really is not a pillar of the community. What I don't understand is why he has not confronted SA and BD and demanded some answers because I would be dogging both of them daily about where my daughter was, in fact every hour of every day.... IMO

The whole tone of the statement given to the media was, to me, blase. I was very surprised with it, considering how heart-on-the sleeve he's been since he started speaking out. I didn't say he implied it; I was giving my interpretation of the statement as a whole. You don't need to agree with my interpretation.
"We understand its a hot topic." A hot topic? The royal wedding is a hot topic; found in your ex-wife's dresser while your daughter is missing is a bit more than a hot topic. That is what I mean.

I appreciate that he wants to hear from LE, but, like I said, the whole statement is just so chill, it's disconcerting. At the very least, it could have contained a statement that said they appreciate the illegality of it, and how child is abusive and he hopes LE gets to the bottom of it, because no child deserves to be treated in such an appaling way. Something!

I completely disagree, however, that there was anything whatsoever about his statement that implied an "oh it's just child " attitude.

I think Clint is a little (or a lot) numbed by this whole situation. He felt he had to respond to this latest horror and did the best he could. He's not a public person or a public speaker.

I think he is doing the best he can, that anyone can in all of this, and at his worst, he is doing far more than Billie.

I agree.....I keep trying, as a mom , to see BD's point of view, but the child is inexcusable, no matter how much you love someone else. It is time for her to woman up and give the whole truth. The line has been drawn now with this despicable discovery. His love for disgusting and criminal things WAY outweighs any love he had for you....so no matter how painful it may be, BD needs to just spill it.

I happen to think that the computer that was found at SA Mom's home originally belonged to BD and SA and that when all heck was getting ready to hit the fan, SA asked his Mom if he could bring up his computer because they could no longer have the internet and that his system was better than hers, I think you will find that Mom is the one who got rid of a computer....You do not have that many child photo's without working at is quite hard for a long period of time....I bet we will find out that the local internet company can say exactly when that address cut the internet access...And then all SA has to do is stay at Moms all day of the puter to get his fix...

I have read more on this case, But I still want to know if LE has ever searched the property that SA, Mom or Grandma live on?...I have said from the beginning that is where they will find this precious child..

I think he's not outraged because LE had already alerted him. IMO he sounds like he has had a bit of time to mull it over.

Or perhaps he hadn't slept in days.

Or perhaps he was in complete shock.

Or perhaps he had to be sedated by a doctor.

Or perhaps he doesn't want to leave Naomi, I*** and baby C*** on their own because he seriously injured or killed someone. Yet he knows that if he allows that anger to come up, he will explode.

Or perhaps he is using justification to keep himself calm, such as "17 year old's who pretended to be 18 would be child , maybe that's all it is. Maybe it isn't actually little kids. They said it wasn't Hailey. Maybe it isn't really that bad..." Denial is powerful...

Or perhaps he has been told by LE how to react (since he went from "Bille is sitting on her couch while Naomi and I search" to working directly with Billie.)

Or perhaps he has been told by LE that if he shows anger about this, it could jeopardize the investigation. Possibly causing SA and/or BD to take off out of fear for their safety.

Or several other possibilities....

I agree with you 100%. I think they should have been searched immediately. She could have been alive in a basement/cellar/attic for a long time. Nobody else would even have to know she was there.

Did we ever establish where that cellar is that he posed in front of with his awesome leather mask on?

It has also been established that his family owns some land that has an abandoned farmhouse on it halfway between Dunn and Snyder. I really hope it has been searched. I have to assume it has been already and that LE knows about it.

It's really hard to believe that Billie wouldn't have any sort of computer "in her house". There had to of been one there when SA came to live with her, so what happened to it, and why did they get rid of it. Furthermore, why was Haylie's IPOD broken and could it ever access the internet.

SA and his laptop.. I am definitely certain that at some point we were told that SA had a laptop and this his laptop was with him at Billie's..It stuck out in my mind because we had already been told numerous times that BD had no home computer..laptop..nor any internet access..So I found it odd for him to have his laptop...UNLESS he is one of the few that actually do carry and pay the monthly price to have an air card{which is just similar to a camera memory card in looks and it plugs directly into a wireless laptop and acts as your router bringing internet into your laptop and you can take with you where ever you as long as you can pick up signal}..I don't really see them having this as I said its a monthly bill just as we pay for internet access in our homes..but its much more pricier..so with all of them using just the disposable cells really makes me think SA would not have this air card for his laptop..

So again "if" he had no air card and no internet access at their residence what was the use in having it there with him??

And most importantly of all concerning SA's laptop where the hell is it now..and why did we not see it seized along with all the other digital media and devices?? Wherever it is I am quite certain that it too has child /beastiality..no doubt..

So can someone help me with these above questions?? TIA>

Computers can be used for a lot of things, even without internet. He/they could have gotten things from others just by using the flash drive and bringing it home to put the stuff on their computers, or by doing the same with CDs/DVDs.

The world of digital technology has endless possibilities and doesn't always need an internet connection.

Thinks films, too. Don't need the internet to make movie files.

There's also the possibility the computer has a wireless modem and the person could steal from someone else's connection right from BD's house if the connection is strong enough and not password protected. A laptop could be carried to a place with wifi, such as McDonald's, coffee shops, etc.

When there's a will, there's a way.

Billie claims they don't have internet, but they all were on it because she claims that's how she met Shawn, and the family members all have an internet presence. Yes, I know they could get it through cellphones if they have those phones, but...

Billie must have had computer access, besides at work, 3 yrs ago because she met Shawn online with her MySpace. So I think there was a computer at some point.

Yes you are correct Zoe and thanks for reminding me that there is truly an endless possibilities that can be done or accomplished thru a computer that has no internet connection..

Infact something now just went "BINGO!" in my head..

Ok think about this.. SA moves in with Billie and knows there is no internet connection{and I bet he did try like hell to possibly just pop on someone within the ares network that doesn't have a password..but nowadays its getting tougher and tougher to find one thats not password protected..}but you never know maybe he could and he was using the internet thru his laptop..

But say there was no wireless networks for him to freely plug into.. So knowing that he's a purveyor of deviant type ..child ..etc.etc..and he knows now living at Billie's atleast for the time being he'd have no internet to run thru his laptop in order to keep up his dirty little habit..So..since before moving in with Billie he lived at his mom's as well as at his Grandmas.. So while living with mom he'd been racking up all the many tens of thousands of videos and pix onto her computer.stashed away in files under a private password protected username..So mom was non the wiser nor even knew what all was on her dell computer.. So..Shawn figures that what he'll do is buy him a couple/few of the memory stix..flash drives..{or lol..as Aedrys calls it " stix"..lol}and go into his vast collection of deviant videos and pix in his mom's computer and simply copy his few hundred favorite vids/pix saving them to the memory stix..

That way he could just so very easily plug the memory stix into his laptop and he could watch/view them all from there at home{Billie's house}..and infact even saving them to his laptop if he so desired so they'd be permanently on laptop for him to view any time he likes as well as to free up space on the memory stix for more ..
where on one of his frequent and many trips that he takes to spend the day over at mom's in Big Spring..he could then go to mom's and sync/copy hundreds more files of "newer" or more "recent" purchased and downloaded from dear old mom's computer straight onto his memory stix to then take home to CCity and watch on his laptop at Billie's until his little heart is content..

Therefor completely resolving Shawn's problem of not having access to internet connection at Billie's home..This way there would be no need for it as it could so very easily and quickly transported from mom's computer to his laptop all via the memory stix..flash drives.." stix"..lol

I think this quite possibly could answer or make sense of several things..
~Resolves the issue of Shawn being an avid fanatic and having to live in a home internet-LESS{which is the main hub for any and all }..him bringing into the home via memory/ stix..flash drives..

~Resolves the issue of where might this deviant found on the memory stic have come from..with the theory above the source would be mom's computer..

and I know there's others but these tooth picks holding my eyelids open keep popping out..and soon I'll be out asleep at my laptop..lol..

So for now these couple will have to do..and I'll think on it more later today..Thanks for reminding me of this Zoe..

ETA: but my biggie question we still haven't found an answer for.. where is this laptop now? and why is it not anywhere on any of the affidavits or search warrants{I have thoroughly read thru them numerous times and cannot find a word about a "laptop" period}..

So where did all of us get this info that Shawn had a laptop at Billie's{that I too could've sworn that back when they were seized and we saw the affidavits}..I could've sworn that it was said that this laptop too was seized..but no hint of it now..
