Real Housewives of NJ husband arrested again

Six months after scoring an early release from jail, Joe Giudice may soon be back behind bars for a long time.

Joe, the husband of "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice, was arrested Friday for allegedly fraudulently obtaining a driver's license.

"Mr. Giudice was arrested at his home earlier today as the result of an investigation this office did with assistance from the state Motor Vehicle Office" Chief Assistant Prosecutor Jay W. McCann said on Friday in a statement provided to RadarOnline.com.

Joe, whose own license was suspended last year after a DUI conviction, allegedly obtained a new one last June by using his brother's birth certificate and marriage license.
