ATLANTA — A federal judge had decided to refuse to lower Julie Chrisley’s sentence and has resentenced her to 84 months in prison.

I just can't believe the absolute criminality of their actions. Falsified documents to rent a house, then refuse to leave for non payment of rent? What kind of deadbeat people are these folks?! Why would anyone even act this way?! The entitlement mentality is epic.

You might be surprised how many people are living in homes w/o paying their mortgage payment.

It all depends on what U.S. state the property is located as to how long they can live there w/o paying - it varies depending on that state's particular laws.

However, eventually the bank will get their property back.

Additionally, there are regulations/laws governing protections to borrowers.
