Like Coastal writes above, and the Zahau Family urges, please VOTE for DAVE MEYERS for SHERIFF today in the midterm elections, San Diegans.

Meyers has promised to reopen Rebecca's criminal investigation immediately while Gore continues to disrespect the Zahau family and lie about the case to the public.

Unfortunately, Gore is ahead in the polls, having received the San Diego Union Tribune's powerful recommendation, but Meyers is within striking distance with many impressive accomplishments, law enforcement and victim rights orgs behind him.

I know we normally keep things non-political here, but this one's for Rebecca and her family, so I hope the mods will forgive me for posting it.

Thanks Tortoise! Received email alert 6/7/18 from Appeal Court with update for the Trial Case Number but not sure why new search pulled up Docket info for DS appeal???

Possible problem is Case Number remained the same for AS trial even after other defendants (DS, NS) dropped. I'll keep checking for new Appeal Case Number ....
