No, I believe the LE is claiming RN deleted it when she listened to it at 12:50 am. I guess that sentence was not very clear, I meant they turned the phone on August 15 to learn that the voicemail was deleted and they couldn't recover it since it's been a month and AT&T doesn't keep it on their servers for more than one week.

LE does believe RZ deleted the voicemail on July 13.

LE initially did not want to access the phone manually because doing so can overwrite deleted data in the memory. They claim they waited while they attempted to find software that could forensically download and save all the data on the phone.

They initially were not successful in finding the software, however, so they powered up the phone manually Aug 15 and only then did they discover the voicemail (which JS had told them about) was deleted.

This past week, however, LE suddenly reported that detectives have located the correct forensic software and/or hardware to examine the phone. This, two months after RZ's death. Currently, they are in the process of their forensic exam.

Well see-LE has been very honest with us. One month definitely qualifies as "at least a week."

Yeah they sure have. One thing they were very honest about was saying Instead of doing a reinactment they were going to totally rely on forensics (DNA), which they did. When they didn't find any other prints other then RN they ruled suicide.

So, was Howard at the hospital the whole day? Unusual that Howard was there with Jonah during the day, but his brother Adam didn't stay with him that night.

What I find more unusual is that Rebecca (his partner) didn't stay the night with JS @ the hotel or the RMcD House.

If I'm in a crisis - I want my life partner by my side.

You are absolutely NOT the only one who is uncomfortable. Every day there are more revelations of untruths, exaggerations and mis-statements. I am afraid that despite any technology they have available, they will not be successful in finding anything helpful on Rebecca's phone.

They do live in Missour and and they have their own separate phone, and may not live with their daughter. Wonder why no phone calls about MS and XZ to the parents.

The cell phone records confirm Zahau listened to her voicemail for two minutes at 12:50 a.m. on July 13, about two hours before her estimated time of death.

Adam Shacknai, the brother of Zahau's boyfriend, called 911 later that morning at 6:48 a.m. to report Zahau was hanging nude from the balcony at the mansion. She was gagged with her hands and feet bound.

The phone records show a flurry of text messages and phone calls in the 24 hours prior to Zahau's hanging; including 34 messages and calls to and from the phone of Jonah Shacknai; 20 contacts with her sister Mary Zahau-Loehner; 10 calls or texts involving Adam Shacknai; and 7 contacts with a phone owned by Jonah Shacknai's friend, Phoenix-based dermatologist Dr. Howard Luber.

There were three text messages and one phone call – all on July 12 – from phones registered to Jonah's father and step mother, Gideon and Marcelle Shacknai, who live in New York State.

One final text message came into Zahau's phone at 10:41 p.m. on July 12 from Jonah Shacknai's ex sister-in-law, Nina Romano; the twin sister of Max's mother Dina Shacknai.

Theres a shot of a pic of her in this video...Nina...near the end. She seems quite large...not fat and not to be rude but a tall, big woman, imo....

I'm thinking not identical, but not sure when the NR photo taken. DS photos from past and this current photo don't even look the same, as she has lost weight and grew her hairout or got extensions.... makeup, hair(real or extensions, color) can change someones looks. They do both appear to have same body structure, tall, broad shoulder, large breasted females, thin hips. Just wondering, since identical twins would be capable of swopping identity.......

Again, interesting to see MS has black pain on him... Who was the artist? Who has the black paint?

That's a pic that was discussed last week and decided it was NOT Nina. I have not compared it with the screen capture yet, but she looks different.
