Suicide expert Rick Carlson -

Carlson told RadarOnline.com: "I think the whole thing is very suspicious - it just does not seem right to me.

"I investigated hundreds of suicides in my career but never anything like this one - it would be very unusual for a woman to take her life in such a spectacular way naked.

"Usually when people commit suicide they go to a very quiet place because they are so sad - the detectives examining the case will be looking at the type of knot that was used to bind her.

Two San Diego detectives weigh in -

•The case is certainly suspicious," says Sgt. Roy Frank of the San Diego sheriff's homicide unit. "It is not usual to find a female in a backyard unclothed and tied up. That, combined with Max's accident, makes it suspicious."

•"I've never seen a suicide victim on display like that, in the nude," says former San Diego homicide detective Richard Carlson, a 35-year police veteran. "And it's one thing to tie your hands to prevent saving yourself, but why tie your feet?"

Yeah, why would she tie her feet?

Let alone, why would she tie her feet when she supposedly had to get from the bed, clear out the door, and over a banister.

It just doesn't make sense at all, but they ignored all the things that don't make sense and made the evidence fit the suicide theory.

Lash, thanks for being organized.

I don't know how you do it. You must be very organized. Do do have links filed in a certain order or just know where to find them quickly?

It takes me so long to find links. I forget where to look or whether I saved them or not. Being required to post links for everything is certainly a daunting task ... at least for me.

Do you have this?

There was no reason for her to tie her feet. That is not something a person who was trying to hang their self would do. It would serve no useful purpose and would make their task harder.

Someone else would tie her legs to keep her from kicking or escaping. That would be a logical and practical reason. Rebecca was murdered. I wonder why the police discredited obvious evidence of that.

Did LE also do a reconstruction of how someone could manage to tie their hands, bind their ankles, then create and tie the noose, then...climb over the iron railing of the balcony? or do they figure she did all the tying ropes, wrists, ankles, noose after she climbed over the iron railings, as she was balancing on the edge, before she supposedly committed suicide??

On a separate issue, in reading through that site ( san diego sheriff ) again recently, something stuck out and really bothered me that in one of witness sitings of D or N at the home that night, LE stated minimizing evidence "it was just a family member checking to see if someone was home" Excuse me,
ex wife or ex sister in law - neither one of them were family! And, JS was supposedly staying near the hospital! Who was it? Why on earth were they there then?
Reminds me of something my mom ( may she rest in peace) used to say in a way of warning or rationale for bazar behavior. " in laws are outlaws"

One would tie their feet to keep themselves from struggling in the last few minutes, IMO.

Do you have stats on the actual number of suicide victims found with bound legs? I'd be interested in seeing a link for that and also the expert reports that explain the psychological motivation behind it.

I think it probably fits with the bondage site visited on the Internet...a subtle message to JS with the hope she would be "saved."

I thought that AB said that site was remotely accessed from someone with a SW airline account. I wonder who used their SW airline account access on 7/12/11?

I wonder someone was trying to set Rebecca up somehow. This was definitely a red flag. Especially if it is true that AS admitted to the polygrapher that he watched 🤬🤬🤬🤬 before finding Rebecca dead. That was very suspicious. JMO.

Interesting find and I'm also curious to find out what it was ~

I think the Dog went to the Kennell because he was suspected of being part of AS's accident.... possibly to protect him from JS and other family members that might want to hurt him.... or was AS afraid of dogs?

The document.... a legal letter about the Medicis crisis.. to give LE a clue the killer wanted revenge on JS .... I think this could have been part of the setup to make a rage murder look like an intruder murder... staging the scene... the message means..

She saved him... can you save her..

to me this was staged.... to make it look like an intruder wanting revenge on JS...

well I tried to kill your kid but the girl saved him....(hiding knowledge that the boy was actually going to die that JS and AS knew)...

then... well I could not kill your son so now I am killing your girlfriend out of hate... cause your company caused me to lose big bucks... and I am psycho.. oh and that is why I also looked at the bondage 🤬🤬🤬🤬.... because I am a psycho intruder that hates you.....

possibly all staged to hide the rage murder by either AS, JS or both...

Interestingly the tying up of the feet made it that much harder to go over the railing... the ankles so close together severely restrict movement..not logical at all.... add to that a t-shirt three times around your neck... you would already be choking and barely able to breath.. I remember Val from Hinky demonstrating this... using her sons t-shirt... a large man's t-shirt and Val is relatively the size RZ was... she stated she could not breath... and could not continue to even try to tie herself up...

This article details the airline comment made by AB, but is missing the name of the airline.

On at least one of the computers, the forensic examination found 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬, according to comments posted Friday evening on Bremner's Facebook page.

In a phone interview with News 8, Bremner later confirmed that more than a dozen searches of sexual content – using terms like "raped, sexy Asian girls, and bondage anime" – were accessed on a computer the day before Zahau's death.

"It's important to the investigation because there is an image from anime, and its called bond anime and it shows an Asian women bound; at least her hands are bound behind her back," said the Seattle-based attorney.

Bremner said it was not Zahau who looked at the online content and suggested the computer may have been accessed by someone using an airline account.

In my opinion Rebecca was murdered. However, I did not always believe this was a murder. Unfortunately, people commit suicide everyday in strange manners. They may never have shown signs of depression to their families or friends. A stigma is sometimes attached to depression and because of this some people will hide it. Suicide is not always thought out for weeks, months nor does the person need to have a history of mental illness. After experiencing a devastating traumatic event like Maxie's accident, it can cause mental instability in a person. A person does not have to be guilty to feel guilty. Feelings of guilt are known to be associated with suicides.

The one thing that continued to linger with me was Rebecca's bound feet. It would seem Rebecca really needed to use her legs and feet to get over the balcony. I kept an open mind until we heard all the evidence and the investigation was over. After the SDSO press conference with everything they provided, it did not add up. The pictures told a different story. The suicide theory began to fall apart with the release of the search warrants and the misinformation LE had provided. In my opinion when LE lies or misguides the public, there is reason. There was no logical reason to lie to protect anything related to Rebecca's death. Logically anyone would question why LE would give false information in a suicide ruling. My doubt started with Rebecca's bound feet. It swayed even more when LE's conclusion and theories did not add up. My doubt ended when LE began to lie. Until all the cards are on the table, I will continue to believe Rebecca was murdered.

It makes sense to me that Rebecca's suspicious death was staged to make Jonah look guilty of a revenge killing by someone who wanted to utterly destroy him. That brand of pathological hatred would be a powerful motivation to cross the line to an escalation of violence. The only next step the person could take would be to murder Jonah himself. Unless, that would be impractical due to financial considerations. Imo, a very angry person would have been responsible for the suggested scenario.

Another possible scenario would be that the person who accessed the bondage site did what there they saw to Rebecca.

The asian bondage 🤬🤬🤬🤬 was accessed early afternoon on Tuesday the 12th, when only RZ and XZ were there. AS did not arrive until 3 or 4 pm.

Who logged onto her computer in the middle of the night?

There was activity on Rebecca’s computer the day before the incident. The forensic examination of the hard drive showed the file access at about 3:00 am the morning of the event was likely a “cookie” left behind by an automated update for a tool bar.

To be expedient in the continual references to the SDSO website on parroting their answers, here it is so that it does not have to be continually responded to ad infinitum.

http://www.sdsheriff.net/coronado/

Their answers seem to satisfy only their own stories. Total blither IMO.:banghead:
