Regina's nickname is Reggie. She has scars on her right elbow and right wrist. Her ears are pierced.


Regina was last seen leaving the parking lot of the US Armed Services Recruiting Station in her hometown of Somerset, Kentucky at approximately 11:30 am on August 23, 1997. Her mother discovered her vehicle abandoned in a WalMart parking lot across the street at 5:30 am the next morning. The car was unlocked, and Regina's purse, ID, and money were inside. There was no sign of Regina at the scene.
